Now that the past was fully behind us, it is time to start a new chapter. There are just two things I need to do before I could completely welcome and embrace it. I need to read Kerry’s letter and see Carrie Ann. I had told myself that I would read the letter when my vision returned, it’s been a few weeks now. I have been avoiding that letter like a demonic plague.
With Carrie Ann, neither dad nor Chase thought it was a good idea, but I felt the need to. I’m not sure if it’s closure or confirmation that I’m seeking. Maybe it’s both.
