A faint voice welcomed Kara’s ears as soon as she felt someone waking her up.
“Wake up, Kara.” Levi uttered while shaking her body that was lying on the ground.
She didn’t even need to open her eyes to know whose voice it belonged to. Levi’s voice had already been implanted in her brain. At some point, she could even hear him utter her name even though they’re not together. It seemed as though she liked hearing him calling her name and it was like music to her ears.
But this time it was different.
