I crumpled the paper and put it inside of my mouth. While chewing it, I grabbed the first aid kit Jake gave me and fix myself. That night was my first nightmare in jail. Image of the man I killed on the arena replays inside of my head. “s**t!” I cursed and throw my pillow on the wall. My breathing hitched and I started blowing some air through my mouth, trying to calm down my breathing. Standing up, I jog back and forth inside my cell to think about something else. I think about Angelic, her smile, the sound of her laugh, and the way she fixed her hair behind her ears. I tried to think about her on the library, reading a book on her own and mouthing words I knew she was memorizing some terms.
