The world stopped for a few seconds. I became numb and deaf, the only thing I saw was the struggling and worried Fanny in front of me. My wolf howled in my head to move and help her but I couldn't , I smelled her blood and saw her tears yet I couldn't move. I only glanced at my mother whose eyes turned into vibrating red by the smell of blood but she and Kata were able to contain themselves. They had their practice. Out of the dark someone slapped me hardly. I shook my head and growled to the direction the attack arrived. My father gave me a really hard slap, both of my ears rang. My mother and Kata helped to Fanny get in the car and I followed them full with fear and anger. I jumped in the front seat but my father put a hand on my shoulder.
