Prologue Sat July 28, 2019: near Hauz khas District Park, Delhi. It was a bright Monday morning. I made my breakfast and went for a shower. I gulped down the scrambled eggs and toast and quickly wore my black t-shirt and jeans as I was late for my shoot at Hauz khas district park. I was shooting with my team for a music album with an upcoming singing sensation Roy Saxena. When you are late, God always has some special games to play with you. I ran downstairs as quickly as I could, almost falling twice, but finally managing it. I found my Car punctured tyre and out of anger I kicked the tire and hurt myself. I ran to catch an auto-rickshaw, but none was willing to go to Hauz Khas district park. All refused due to a big jam in that part of city. I tried to convince them but everyone denied. After trying for 15 minutes, I gave up and booked a cab and headed towards my destination. Yes, there was a huge traffic jam near Hauz Khas distict park. It hardly takes 30 minutes to reach there but I took almost two hours that day. I was unhappy, frustrated and tired. I reached three hours late than the fixed schedule. The shoot was at the park which my team had booked from 10 am to 1 pm. We somehow convinced the care taker of the park to give us an hour as the shoot was very important. He was a kind man, he allowed us to shoot for 2 hours as we didn't shoot at all within given time frame. The shooting went on for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Roy Saxena was a thorough professional artist and this was his sixth shoot and fourth with us. We were signed by the renowned Raja Music Studio and had a contract of 10 videos with Roy Saxena. My name is Saurov Hazarika. I am genetically Assamese and love eating a lot. My weight is 96 kg and I am trying to lose my weight. My beard doesn't grow well thus I keep French cut beard. I am an average looking Indian boy with dark skin tone and have a belly to add to my persona. My face is round and one can literally draw a circle if my face was outlined. I am 26 years old and inspite being an IItian I am a filmmaker. Not as big as the Bollywood directors, but yes I never go out of work. I earn good and also a taxpayer. I live with my friend Madhav. Madhav Bhal is my college friend and we live together since we left college. We share a special bonding like brothers. He is from Varanasi and has a weird Banarasi accent. Trust me, he is a wonderful cook. I always try to convince him to try for chef in any restaurant. His butter chicken is just yum. He is good looking guy with long hair and jet black eyes. He works as a Electrical Engineer in Elecomp Technologies in Noida. My entire friend circle is in Engineering field and I am supposed to be the only one who opted for film making. Like many directors, I too want to go to Mumbai and make a parallel film. I am a big fan of Mr. Shah Rukh Khan and it's my dream to sign him for a film or a video. I shoot for many pubs and cafe in Delhi and Gurugram and thus my maximum work load comes in the weekends. I was getting bored in the evening and decided to change the boring Sunday evening and go out for shopping. I like being busy, I am extremely workaholic and sometime I even get sick because of sleeping less. I am not a shopping kind of guy but I had to get some new clothes which have now become a necessity. I didn't want my jeans to tear in a wrong situation. My roommate Madhav and I went to Connaught Place. Connaught Place is also known as Rajiv Chowk and is one of the most famous markets in Delhi. It is also known for its famous cafes, bars, restaurants and pubs. It also has two other adjoining markets named Janpath which is basically for girls and Palika Bazaar which is for boys. These two markets are not specifically divided for the different genders but it is said so. We went to four outlets and bought some clothes. Madhav earned a bit less and had huge responsibilities for his family. He was the only earning member of his family. And thus he is a bit stingy, when it comes to spending money. I bought him a t-shirt as his birthday was quite close. I bought a pair of jeans and couple of black t-shirts. We then went to Delhi Cafe and had our dinner there. We had ordered prawn rice and chilli chicken. We both love having chicken. Madhav was sweating in heat and I somehow managed to gulp down the chilli chicken. Delhi café has the hottest and the spiciest chilli chicken in the town. When you order chili chicken, you get CHILLI chicken. We somehow managed to complete our dinner and headed towards the parking. It took around five minutes to reach there. Madhav paid the parking charges and I went in to take my motorcycle. I was tired, impatient and kind of thirsty. And I blamed this condition to my body weight. It was really becoming a big concern for me. I just wanted to go home and sleep. While I was taking out my motorcycle from the parking lot, a car bumped into me. My right indicator was broken and tail light was wrapped off. I shouted, "I Hey! Can't you see? Are you out of your mind?” A woman got down from the car. It was quite dark. I could hardly see her. She said, "I am so sorry. I really didn't mean to do that. It is very dark here and I didn't notice you at all." She walked hurriedly towards me. And said "Saruu!" It was Mrs. Saxena.
