Chapter Twelve: My Alluring Woman

Lyndon point of view

I'll give her the stuff toys. Superman. I'd had hope it will make her mind at peace a little bit.

I'd just had to followed them and reached our destination. I'm sure Ayesha is very tired and asleep right now. I turned off the engine of my car and got out. I saw her that she will going to carry her daughter. I stopped her immediately. I'll carried Ayesha inside the house.

And then, i'd caught her friend. She's shocked. I' smiled to her.

I'd placed Ayesha to her bed. Tucked her under the pink quilt. And then, i've saw the image in a picture frame. I'd picked it up the frame and take a better looked.

"Such an alluring woman!" I mumbled.

"Alluring? I've thought your going to say a gorgeous woman like the other guy will used to say when they met her." La-Lyn said.

"Indeed!" I replied shortly.

"She's very a beautiful woman. Gorgeous,....amazing,....pretty... fabulous,....stunning... i've also think she's a goddess or a fairy. Or an angel that came down from the heaven. She's highly attractive woman. Able to arouse me or giving me a desired of love. Very seductive and tempting woman. She have a wonderful smile that will take you out of nowhere. Her eyes like a shining star in the night. She’s like a sun that shine you in the daytime even if i can’t stared longer because of the light. But i’ve still wanted to looked and stared at it because i’ve like her and wanted her. To make it short, my alluring woman." I told her slowly and sincerely, word by word. Give a meaningful to it. And put the frame back at the bedside table.

"Wow! You're undeniably in love with her." La-Lyn said with an amazed tone in her voice.

I nodded. "Yeah. I really don't know how' had that happened very fast. It's just when the moment i'd saw her and met her every time i've had this wonderful feeling inside my chest."

"Oh! You're so sweet! If she heard you right now. I've swear she's going to freak out in happiness." she said in giggled tone.

"Well. She's not here. Although i'd had hope she's here and heard all of that." I said and sighed.

"Wait. Do you know what happened to her and her mother?" I asked.

Her face shocked didn't expect of my sudden question. She's silent for a while and asked. "Why did you ask?"

"Well, she's kind of lost when Ayesha mentioned about her grandmother." I answered.

"Uhm. Okay! Did she tell you anything about it?"

"No. She didn't tell anything. That's why i'm worried."

"I'll see. Well. Let's go downstairs. I'm sure she's thinking about us talking for so long. She will give me a murderous look when we got down."

And I just nodded. Well. It's very clear that they don't want to discuss about that issue. You could see it to their face.

Foresha point of view

I'm placing the food in the table when they walked in at the dining area. I glanced at them. They smiled at me. Well. I already heard their conversation. Especially when Lyndon is talking about his feelings for me. Yes. I heard it all.

-flashback earlier-

What taking them so long? Asking myself. Then, decide to go there and checked them. I walked upstairs silently. Not to interfere their conversations. I know my friend will not going to do anything stupid or something gross. That’s why i thought them talking to each other. I’m just a few steps away from my daughter room. And i’m right. I heard them. Very clear. I felt my heart beat beating rapidly. Oh no! Oh yes! I felt love. What? Love? Yes. Love. After five years i’’d felt this again. This kind of feeling to be love and to be in love. This is happiness. No. Foresha. Keep yourself on guard. Put the wall up to your heart and to your brain. This man will broke your heart in the future and you’ll got distracted again. Maybe, he didn’t want to accept you if he will knew your past. Ding. I got alarmed. When i’d had heard them that they will go downstairs. I’ve walked quickly downstairs not making any sounds.

We all sat in the chair. And grabbed the food in front of us.

"What took you both so long?" I asked innocently taking the spoon to my mouth.

"We just talked about something. Why? Do you want to hear what we were talking about?" La-Lyn teased and smirked at me.

"No need! I don't want to hear anything and i'm sure that is nonsense." I answered. Well. It's because i've already heard it all. I said in my head.

"Oh! If you were there i'm sure you're going to kiss him." she teased and bite the pizza that she's holding.

We choked hearing the word kiss. Me and him choked. We stared at each other for a while. I noticed his adam's apple moved up and down. I looked away to my drink and take a sip in my juice.

He cleared his throat first and said. "This lasagna is really good. It's delicious."

"Well. She's good at cooking. And she always cook a healthy food." La-Lyn said.

"Just eat! Stop flattering me." I said coldly.

"Do you have wine?" Lyndon asked out of nowhere.

"Yes. We have. Do you want some?" La-Lyn asked.

"Yes. Please! This food is perfect with wine." he said.

"No!" I said immediately. "Remember the last time you drank wine?" I said raised my left brow up.

"Yeah. I still remember that. But it's just one glass of wine." He said.

"Whatever. Do what you want. And don't you dare to got drunk again or else i'll kick your ass out of my house. I will not allowing you to sleep here, again." I warned him. He nodded and smiled. And i’m sure he get what i’m trying to say.

If this man got drunk again. Argh. I will really kick him out. Including this friend of mine. Then she had the wine. She poured the red liquid in to the three wine glass. She gave it with us. I quickly gulped the liquid down to my throat. And asked for another one. And another one. One more. One more. And more. More. Until no more liquid left in the bottle. I’ve had finished and emptied the third bottle.

"What's wrong with you? Are you okay?" I heard La-Lyn voice. I looked at to her.

"I'm...fine! Just...Give me some..." I said and pout my lips. Still handling the empty glass. And I can feel the burning inside of my body and cheeks. My face reddened by the heat that coming from the wine.
