JIM

"Are you okay?" I heard David's voice behind me. I looked at him, I know what his pertaining too. I took the whiske to my mouth and drunk it straight. It's been a week a week after our get together, at halos isang linggo na din ang nakaraan simula ng magkita kami.

I took a deep breath. The pain in my heart was still there.

"She already moved on," I said and took a sip of my drink again, nasa opisina kami ngaun, talking nonsense. Pati ata mga kaibigan niya hindi matanggap ang nangyari samin ni Dominique, we've been a perfect couple back then, kung hindi lang ako nagluko.

"She looked so happy with him," David uttered. I looked at him and I saw sympathy from his eyes. "Yeah," I agreed.

"So what are your plans? You waited her for long." he asked.

" I really don't know," I said back. "I wanted to talk to her to explain my side but I think it's not getting used, kahit saang tingnan ako ang may kasalanan kung bakit nagkakaganito ang buhay ko," I said.

David nodded his head. "I think you need to talk to her for closure din, and your right, it was your fault why she left you," he said. I looked at him but he just stared me back blankly.

"Domique is also my friend, Jim, and mag best friend sila ng Winona ko. It sad to say but my girl is happy when she knew that Dom is getting married," he said.

"yeah, I knew it. I really f****d up. Ako lang ata ang hindi masaya sa nangyayari sa kaniya. I should be happy because she was happy but I can't. I want her to be mine again," I said with frustrations.

"Pare- David's sentence was cut off with a phone call. When I looked at him, he smiled. I knew it, its Winona. "Hi, Babe!" He greeted her. I am wtih Jim's office, why?"he asked. David frowned at looked at me. Then he stood up and went towards the flat secreen in my office. I just followed my gaze on him.

"Okay babe, thanks!" he said. "I'll pick you up later after work, wait for me. I am just with this dickhead, he might break down when he founds out," David said. I heard him chuckled before he says his goodbye to her, after he said the three magic words to his love of his life.

My face frowned when David set the channel to a Lifestyle show. I looked at him, he gestured me to watch. I don't know but I felt my heart flutter in not a good way.

Then the screen flashes the most beautiful woman I've ever seen, its Dominique beside her is Rafael. A perfect couple.

Both of them has a huge smiled in their faces.

"Thank you so much, Ms. Dom for accepting our invitations to have you in our show and also to you Rafael," the TV host said.

Rafael and Dom looked at each other, love is in their eyes. "We are happy to be here," my girl said. Then I noticed how Rafael possesively snake his harm to her waster then he planted kisses to her forehead. Then the TV host eyes wide.

"Hmnn, are you together?" she asked. Rafael nodded his head with a smile. " Actually, we're getting married next month," he announced that made the TV host squeeled with excitement.

"f****d!" I heard David's curse.I just looked at them in the TV. I closed my eyes, I can'l stand the pain that my girl is finally happy to be with someone else. Is this my Karma for hurting her?

"So when will be the wedding?" the TV host asked. "Our wedding will be held in St.Therese Chapel in Pico De Loro." Domique replied.

"Ohh that's one of the beautiful chapel in Batangas," the host commented. "Yes it is. Rafael and I meet there for the second time unexpectedly and that's one of the memorable day for us," she added.

"That's not true baby, Manila Cathedral was your dream wedding church, I mumbled in my head.

"So you mean, you've meet before?" the host asked. Rafael chuckled.

"Yeah, actually we first meet was in Paris, and its not a good memory for me," he said laughing.

"Why is that?" the host asked again. Then Dominique stare at Rafael like "Don't ever dare to talked about it," but the latter just smiled at him.

"We'll we're in a bar that time and I already saw how beautiful my girl was. I asked her for a dance but she rejected me. So, I was challenged. I thought before, just another hard to get move," he said. And the host laugh when Dominique glared and slapped him in the arm.

"So that night I pursued her and even steal a kissed from her but a wrong move for me, itong magandang dalaga na ito ay binugbog ako,well it's a good pain actually because even I was admitted that time because of this blackbelter after that I can't keep smiling and cannot forget her beauty. I even prayed to see her again and after years we've meet again accidentally," he said.

"That's a sweet love story," the host said.

"yeah, I can't believe myself as well that I am getting married sa babaeng mahal na mahal ako," Rafael said smiling. He looked at Dominiqjue with a smirked. Natawa na lang ang dalaga.

"Ano ulit niyong sinabi mo mister?" Dominique warned at bahagya pang naningkit ang mga magagandang mata. Rafael laughed.

"Ang sabi ko di ako makapaniwalang ikakasal ako sa pinaka magandang babaen, mahal na mahal ko," he said. Dominique and the host laughed together.

"Ay, sino mag aakala na ang isa sa mga dating Playboy bachelor ng Pilipinas ay mukhang takot sa magiging asawa," the host teased.

Rafael just laughed at it. "Well if you finally found the girl that a worth to cry own, why not? Loving her is like loosing her as well, and that's why I scared of," Rafael said with a loving eyes towards Dominique.

"Ahh, that so sweet, I wished I could find another Rafael Andrade," the host said with a sparkling eyes that made the couple laugh.

"By the way, Ms. Dom, our researcher got a few details about your past," the host sudden change the topic.

Dominique face frowned a bit. "Is it true that you had a relationship with the Billionaire Jim Montgomery of Montgomery Empire?" the host asked. I saw Rafael and Dominique stunned in a moment. Rafael clenched his jaw and looked towards Dominique. She just smiled at him and kissed his lips.

"Jim and I are old sweethearts, we are college couple and also have the same circle of friends," she replied.

"Are you still friends? We heard that you have a 5 year long relationship before you split up

?" the host asked again. My jaw clenched form what I heard while David on the side cursing something.

"Yeah, Jim and I had a great relationship back then, it just we're both young and things happened that we have to parted ways. We're still friends, we even saw each other last week together with our college friends and they meet also my Raf that night," she said and smiled with Rafael that whispered something to her ear.

"Ohh that so good to know, Ms. Dominique, congratulations to your wedding and best wishes!" the host said and ended the interview.

"f****d!" I cursed. Ang sakit sa dibdib na makita ang babaeng pinakamamahal na may mahal ng iba.

"makakaya mo yan, pare! just be happy for Dominique," David said. Hindi ko siya sinagot at patuloy lang sa pagtungga ng alak.

I deserve this! I hurt her. I was a jerk before for hurting her.
