Liam woke up very early in the morning because he had trouble sleeping all night.
He kept wondering why someone would want to kill Amelia. He wondered if it was an enemy of hers or his, but he concluded that it was somehow connected to him.
He got up and went to take a bath, leaving Amelia still sleeping soundly in the bath. A few minutes later, Liam came out of the bathroom with a towel wrapped around his torso and proceeded to get dressed.
Amelia stretched her hand a little, blinked her eyes, and then opened them. She saw Liam already dressed up and immediately sat up in bed.
“Baby, why didn’t you wake me up?” Amelia asked Liam, rubbing her eyes a little.
“I didn’t want to disturb your sleep,” Liam replied, putting on his wristwatch.
