ANOTHER MISTAKE ?

It's already been 2 days now and still, I couldn't send nor receive any message from him. I couldn't sleep and didn't feel like talking to anyone. What was the way to rescue him? Only if I could get any information about him.......all were fed up with the project. When we had no idea what happened to Uber, the government asked if they could close the project forever now. Main send a copy of the official mail to me too. 'But what if he is fine there? What if he is trying to connect? If we are gonna close it then it will be hard to reopen and even Uber's call for help won't be heard. None knew what to do next. I informed Main that I'm not gonna leave it in middle like this and when Main confirmed that we were moving on with the project government officials asked if we were gonna use any robots or continue with pets. "Robots aren't gonna be of much use and pets are always a better option," Tony said in the meeting, all the team members of Main Gust's team were present, he then continued "No one will be willing to let their pets too, but it's not like other pets will be like Uber. So.....". Where does he think he is taking all these to? Tony didn't wanna look at me, speaking while making eye contact will all present, he was so careful not to look at me. "What do you mean by not like Uber? Like...what was the difference with him?" Main Gust asked confused. "Uber didn't have a strong connection with Laisy, so you see now it clearly makes sense why she didn't receive any messages from him. I don't think he was trained or taken care of well. Probably he couldn't take care of any basic kinds of stuff as told and you see he isn't even capable of making a telepathy connection with her. This is JC Laisy's mistake and she is responsible for this. She should have trained him better and wasn't he with you for a while Canney? If you felt like he wasn't taken care of well you should have informed Main that he is a useless creature." Tony said looking at Canney. 'How did all this turn to us?' I wondered.

"I didn't find anything wrong in Uber, to be honest," Canney said immediately. "Then how did all these happen?" Tony asked angrily. "I saw that poor thing work hard day and night so that he doesn't let Laisy down. Why would he do that if he didn't have any connection with her?" Canney asked soon. "Watch where you are going, Tony." I couldn't keep quiet any longer he was blaming Uber. "I'm just saying we need to move forward with the idea of using pets and that's it," Tony said turning away from us to look at Main. "But who will be willing to do that Tony like see we all are feeling sad and very bad for Laisy's loss. We know how hard it is for her and I'm saying sorry to Laisy in front of everyone for my mistake. Now not another one.". Main was sorry for what he did and was surprised Tony was still forcing him to repeat something he felt very wrong just cause there is a law to use pets like that. "Then what did we all work for? Why ask if anyone is willing to let their pets. Why can't we get them like we got Uber? This is law Main Gust I hope you remember. This is for the planet and do you know what would happen if the government comes to know about these sentiments." Tony asked Main. Was he threatening Main? Tony had the ability to convince anyone as he wish. Whoever it is. Main will lose his post if Tony with a few others informs authorities about this. "Hmmmmmmm..........so whom do you suggest this time Tony?" Main asked not much interested. All were so scared whom he would choose and Bea just looked at Main as if suddenly realized something. Tony was looking at Bea with his usual smirk. Even without him telling we knew whose turn it was to send pet next. "Why not Loki, Bea's pet? Shirley and Stephen will soon be back on duty ya" Tony said. "NO, I can't let that" was a very loud and immediate answer from Bea, standing up from her chair, she was getting angry and expecting Main to oppose it too. "Please Main, let's not repeat this again. Please try to understand." Canney too stood up to speak for Bea. I was about to disagree too when Tony asked "Ohhh.....great, good all have got each other back. But were where all when we decided to send Uber? At that time Main wasn't so sentimental, none were so sad, Canney was very quiet and Bea......weren't you telling Laisy 'let us all sit and talk about this.'. Weren't you so calm then? Why suddenly so angry? Oh....when it is yours you get the feel huh....". I was shocked, Bea and Canney were quiet. I knew Tony was purposefully doing this to break us all apart and I really don't wanna fall for this one. Knowing I might fall for this trick of his and ponder about this later, I stood up and left the meeting hall.

Bea's POV..........

I didn't know what to say when Tony said like that. I didn't want Laisy to hurt others or herself when she gets angry. So I told her to sit and talk and now he completely diverted it. Laisy just stood up and left. Might be she thought I....oh....is she angry at me? I don't think she would easily fall for this fool's words but if I were in her place I might have when honestly speaking. Did she think I don't care about Uber? "We are here to talk about the mission and pet, not about our friendship. We know each other very well from childhood and no way we fall for these cheap tricks of yours. You wanna divide us ya? This is not gonna work, Tony. What she doesn't have I don't want it too."
