CHAPTER 64
The Afternoon was quite warm in the city as Lucas and his team walked through the city streets to the center of the city. The youths seemed quite confused as to where they were going. Same with Aurora, but Lucas’s face is a bit indifferent.
“Where are we going?” Laura asked and Karen smirked.
“To the man who runs this place.” She replied but the youths seemed quite shocked.
“Ehh!” They all exclaimed in unison as this was quite surprising to them and Lucas tutted. He glanced at the youths with a nonchalant look,
“What are you so surprised about? Chief and I used to be acquaintances back in the day.” He said with a nostalgic voice as he reminisced about his past. Aurora tapped on his shoulder, drawing his attention.
