CHAPTER 70
Aurora yawned as the rays of the rising sun touched her smooth face. She was still a bit tired, as the previous night’s battle was intense, and she felt slightly sore. She sat up and the scene from last night replayed in her mind, making her smile.
“Seems like you’re up.” A voice uttered by her side and she looked to see Lucas standing by the door. A soft smile appeared on her face, which Lucas returned before turning away, “Get cleaned up. You’ve got training to do.”
Aurora quickly rose from the bed and went ahead to clean herself up. She prepared breakfast with Karen after having her bath but for some reason, the latter was giving her smug smiles. After she had breakfast with the whole gang, Lucas and Aurora were out of the city gates.
