When I opened my eyes, I found myself in an unfamiliar room. I winced as I struggled to adjust my eyes to the bright lights and the white ceiling.
I couldn’t help but wonder where I was.
But when the smell of antiseptic hit me, I realized that I was in the hospital. I tried to sit up but my head exploded with a sharp pain.
I quickly dropped back against the pillow.
I looked around and my mouth opened slightly when I saw Liam and Landon sleeping on the couch.
What was the time? I thought to myself as my eyes darted around the room to find a clock.
