Chapter 9 - Finally

Laurene was currently in her office at her home, she was reviewing some reports, papers, and the auditions. Roseanne and Jisoo were on the sofa also reviewing all the auditions they visit together with Lisa since they wanted to see Laurene. Jennie and Lisa were in the living compartment with Dohyun helping him with his dance.

Laurene doesn't know what to call Jennie's members. She realized that they are older than her. Chaeyoung and Lisa are 24 years old while Jisoo is 25 years old. She has been thinking that when the idols went inside the house and hugged her. Rosé and Jisoo went close to her and shower their opinions and approved auditions. They are also founded on Laurene's classifications of a person.

Laurene reviews it while the two girls are moving around the office "uh before I give my opinion. I certainly want to know how should I call you all, I mean except for Jennie. You know I'm from Los Angeles and I don't know some cultures here but my sister called me Unnie. Should I call you that?" Laurene asked a bit embarrassed. Jisoo and Roseanne found it cute.

"Well, it depends on you. We don't mind since you're Jennie's wife" Roseanne said shrugging. "But I need to respect you all since you know you guys are older. Even though I'm Jennie's wife I also need to respect her circle of friends and her relatives" Laurene muttered while resting her elbow on her table

"It's your choice, we don't mind. Usually showing respect is bowing or you're helping somebody. Call us by our first names because even though I'm the oldest in the group they usually just call me by my first name" Jisoo said sitting beside Roseanne. Laurene just smiled and nodded.

Speaking of Jennie and her, well it's been a week now and they are doing well. Jennie decided to your Laurene around Korea, let her try to taste the street foods, bring her to the place that was important to her, show where her sister tutored, and toured her around the entertainment. Jennie also took her out on some dates trying her best not to get captured while Laurene, on the other hand, was so happy, she was just clinging to Jennie and listening to her stories, she also bought her some clothes and treat her somewhere she likes. Jennie was trying her best to stop her but Laurene was too stubborn so she just let her. They also had a double date with Roseanne and Suzy. In that week also, Laurene is being the best wife she always cooks Jennie her meals, if she's hungry she will cook for her, clean the house with Jennie. While Jennie on the other wouldn't stop her cheesy lines, she always brings her some flowers, helps her with the task even help her with some office work. She wouldn't leave her wife alone.

Laurene was talking to Jisoo and Rosanne asking her some questions about the entertainment especially Roseanne since she's planning to find another entertainment that she will sign. While Laurene was elucidating her phone rang and looked at it. It was Suzy she got confused since it was their rest day but she excused herself to the girls and answered.

"Suzy, why'd you call?" Laurene asked sitting on the couch

"Are you busy tomorrow? I want you to meet my friend and she really wouldn't stop asking if you're free tomorrow so she could meet you since she was fangirling over you" Suzy said while sighing.

Laurene chuckled and shook her head "It's still our day off tomorrow, maybe I can. Who's that? Have you perhaps told me about her?"

"I haven't, I always forgot to tell you about her. You can take Jennie with you since I will also take Roseanne with me"v Laurene hummed "By the way, Is Roseanne in your house?" Suzy asked, Laurene was on speaker so the girls is hearing what they were talking about. Roseanne instantly shook her head with wide eyes and the CEO got confused.

"Uhh, No? She's n-not here" Laurene said hesitantly while Roseanne sigh in Relief "W-why?"

"Oh, why do you seem nervous? Well, just so you know I was working in her office yesterday and decided to do some of her laundries when I saw a stained lipstick and smelled a different scent of perfume and she wasn't answering my text" Laurene is trying not to laugh since Roseanne was already embarrassed and Jisoo is laughing her ass off. Just then, your wife and Lisa came into the office

"Hey Roseanne, Suzy told me that you need to go home before seven," Lisa said causing Roseanne to quickly slap the back of her head and Laurene started laughing. She could see the idol's terrified face

"ROSEANNE! YOU BETTER GO HOME!" Suzy shouted through the phone and Laurene instantly ended the call. Roseanne was already slapping Lisa on the arms.

"THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT! IF WE DIDN'T PULL OUT THE PRANK I SHOULD HAVE SLEEPING BESIDE HER YESTERDAY!" Roseanne said while slapping Lisa's arms while the poor Thai is already trying to stop her. Jisoo and Jennie are just hooking their heads while Laurene found it very funny. It's very rare for her to see this kind of scene.

"I'm just curious how she gets mad and be jealous," Lisa said pouting

"Ugh, I need to face her right now. She sounds so mad" Roseanne said leaving while Lisa followed her wanting to help her while Laurene shook her head and went close to Jennie to wipe her sweat. Jisoo came back sitting beside Jennie

"I can't believe Suzy is a possessive type," Jisoo said looking at the CEO

"I had no idea that Suzy was like that. I thought she was soft and..well you know wild but I was wrong" Jennie thanked her wife and Laurene handed her a shirt. Jisoo was looking at Jennie and she smirked.

"What?" Jennie asked curiously

"Hey, Laurene" Laurene hummed "You wanna know how possessive Jennie is?" Jisoo smirked while Jennie widened her eyes ready to cover Jisoo's mouth but her wife instantly went to her lap and hold her hands tightly while Jennie is trying her best to let go of the grip.

"Jisoo please" Jennie muttered pleadingly but Jisoo continued to smirk and whispered some things to Laurene while Jennie is shouting wanting Laurene not to understand anything. She is possessive, especially to someone that she truly loves, she usually never let anyone touch a strand of her wife's hair, let anyone hold her, and just glare at anyone whoever someone looks at her territory. She may be that kind of person but Jennie will just usually cling and just kiss her in front of many people.

Laurene was smiling while listening to Jisoo's statement about Jennie being the possessive girl. She found it adoring but Jennie doesn't know how Laurene is also possessive, she just doesn't like to show everyone since she faces the camera like a cold, strict, and rude person but if she loves someone well you better get your ass off because most likely Laurene wouldn't want to touch and flirting on what's hers. She knew as of now her feelings are getting serious towards Jennie and she knows what to do to the person who touches her, she will most likely throw daggers at that person and kick their ass off. Laurene knew she also need to be protective towards Jennie knowing her wife is a famous idol.

Just then Laurene let go of Jennie but look at her straight in the eyes while she's pouting. She looks so cute.

"Awww, Are you mad?" Laurene said squishing her wife's cheeks while Jisoo is surprised that Laurene was like this. Jennie wasn't looking at her and Laurene is giggling "Come onnnnn, J. I'm dying to know how possessive you are. You know I adore every inch of you" Jennie was smiling like crazy, they have been flirting for most of the week and Jennie knew Laurene is slowly showing her true colors and she also clings a lot.

"Oh really? So you adore me?" Jennie asked looking at Laurene who's smiling at her but shook her head while Jennie frowned ready to do the thing that she needs to she looks at her wife teasingly both of her hands slowly going to her wife's sides.

"J. Don't ever think about" Just then Jennie started tickling her sides and Laurene was laughing trying to get off from Jennie but she couldn't. Laurene's laugh make Jennie's heart swell in madness and her heart is fluttering while Jisoo was shaking her head, it was new for her that Laurene is that kind of person while she's also happy seeing Jennie having fun with the love of her life and doing her best to make the girl fall in love with her. She stood up from the couch wanting to let her friend enjoy her time with her wife.

"Hey lovebirds. I'll be going already" Jisoo said while wearing her coat

"Alright, Chu!" Jennie said giggling while tickling Laurene's side

"Bye Jisoo!" Laurene manages to say while laughing. Laurene was already underneath her wife while Jennie is sitting on her stomach. This is usually their game to tease each other, it doesn't make them comfortable because they knew to themselves they have the right to touch each other.

They were just married for a week and heck here they are now being comfortable with each other so it means Jennie was doing her best to make Laurene fall in love with her. This wouldn't happen if Laurene wasn't right?

Jennie stopped when she saw her wife out of breath and fixed her hair, she was admiring her while rubbing her cheeks and Laurene opened her eyes seeing Jennie looking at her adoringly "You're so beautiful" Jennie said whispering looking at her wife's eyes than to her lips.

Laurene smiled and fix Jennie's bangs "You are too and your cheeks look like a dumpling," Laurene said while Jennie rolled her eyes playfully

"I'm trying to be romantic," she said

"You are romantic, My Romantic Wife and my cute little squishy baby," Laurene said squishing Jennie's cheeks. Jennie was blushing and her heart is melting already. When the word "my" was coming out from her wife's mouth it feels like she was owning her already and it makes her more confident to be bold and be touchy. They hold hands in public, with face masks on and hats that surely they wouldn't recognize. Jennie usually kisses the top of her head while Laurene is resting her head on her shoulder while Laurene just loves kissing her cheeks and clinging to her, locking their hands together like she's gonna go away beside her.

"I'm your Squishy Baby?" Jennie asked lowly while Laurene nodded and smiled.

"Gosh I want to kiss her," Laurene said to her mind.

They were just looking at each other Jennie just wanted to dive in and kiss her on the lips, she was slowly leaning in looking at Laurene's eyes than to her lips. If this kiss ever happens and Laurene responded she was sure that the CEO likes her back and she owns her. She slowly leaned in their nose touching, Laurene closed her eyes wanting to feel Jennie's lips then it happened.

"Soft, just what I expected'" Jennie said to her mind.

Their lips were moving in sync, Jennie's right hand was in her wife's cheek while her left hand was in her wife's waist. Laurene put her both hands in her wife's neck to pull her closer. She was enjoying the kiss and it felt good. This is what she dreamt of. She has been looking at Jennie's lips when she realized her true feelings towards her.

Jennie entered her tongue in her wife's mouth exploring every side and inch of her wife's mouth. Laurene let out a small gasp but ended up moaning since Jennie's tongue felt so good. She doesn't want to end this.

Their heavy breathing can be heard. It's a good thing Dohyun was downstairs playing some video games. Laurene doesn't want them to see making out right now because for sure he might tell this to her Mom she doesn't want to spoil anything at the moment.

Jennie slowly pulled out the kiss while looking at Laurene, she was in relief when she saw her wife smiling contently and softly. She slowly kissed her cheek causing Laurene to open her eyes and look at Jennie.

"I like you I mean no I love you and I'm so in love with you," Jennie said looking at her wife lovingly. Laurene put her hands on her wife's cheek and rubbed it using her thumb.

"I like you" Laurene blurted out but Jennie smiled in relief. Laurene wanted to be like Jennie she was so confident saying her true feelings, she doesn't want to be unfair. It's not like she's thinking of this kind of scene but she doesn't know what will happen in the future, she was overthinking about it, her thoughts are what if Jennie will leave someday soon, what if something bad happens to her and herself? She wanted to cherish this to finally be more confident showing what she truly feels towards her wife.

Jennie pecked her lips two times and Laurene smiled, there's no way Jennie will let her go not now, not never because she's truly in love with her wife and want to spend the rest of her life with her.

Laurene was currently on the huge balcony wherein there was a couch it was like an outdoor terrace wherein she can see the view. Her laptop was right in front of her and she was talking with her friends. Laurene told them about her dates with Jennie, their whereabouts as of now, and the thing that happened last night.

"You confessed already?" Gabbie asked still surprised "Woah, it hits different when you're in love" He followed

Laurene smiled dreamingly remembering what happened last night in her office.

"So, when are you two gonna have babies?" Gia said causing Laurene to be back to her thoughts. She knew what she meant, she might like hot persons with abs and others but she was too naive for that. Yes, that's right she wants babies but she's also not ready for it at this age.

"Hey, Laurene is just twenty three let's give her more time," Elle said while looking at the camera

"But you know, It depends when will faith or God will give you that. But, it's gonna be both of your decisions. It's not hard for the both of you because I mean you both are already billionaires" Mai said leaning in her chair.

Laurene has been thinking about it before she sleeps last night. Now, that she confessed to Jennie what if her wife already wants one. But, she doesn't want to open up anything about this to Jennie knowing she still gets shy sometimes.

Laurene just changed the topic, asking them what are their whereabouts, their plans and when will they visit her. Laurene also asked about Gabbie's wedding since he just proposed to his girlfriend last week. He said they are planning on it already.

Jennie on the other hand was with Lisa in the kitchen. The Thai was talking about what happened between Roseanne and Suzy, she explained everything to the Korean. It took them time to relax but good thing Suzy finally believed it when Jisoo decided to visit. Jennie was laughing hard.

The idol also told to the Thai what happened last night and Lisa was so happy for them, she just can't believe everything went fast, it's just been a week and her best friend already got her girl officially even though her wife isn't in love with her but it's big progress that Laurene likes her it means the results will be better.

They were sitting on the couch watching some boring tv shows when Lisa got curious about something.

"Hey, Jen?" Lisa said while Jennie hummed "By any chance, do you have plans to have a family with your wife? I mean do you want to have a baby?" The Thai asked looking at her best pal.

Jennie of course has been thinking of that ever since they got married. She wanted to have kids with her because Laurene was her ultimate crush and having a family with her is something that she wished for.

"I mean, It's boring if you both don't have plans and you're getting older" Jennie looked at Lisa sharply and glared at her causing the Thai to look away

"Mommy said Laurene wants to have a kid, well I want one too," Jennie said getting her coffee on the table

"just one?" Lisa asked while Jennie shaker her head

"Not just one but four" Lisa's eyes widened and looked at Jennie as if she's serious Jennie just nodded "I mean, look. Laurene has a lot of business, companies, and entertainment and my Mom is gonna pass all their business and agency to me. Once I and Laurene got older we need someone to manage it. I mean it will depend on how many that she likes" Jennie said shrugging

"You have a point," Lisa said "For sure, Laurene wouldn't like just one kid. She grew up alone and she doesn't want her future kids to be like her" Jennie conceded. She also realized that.

Laurene came down with her laptop in her hands, Lei and Liz were following her from behind while Kuma ran to her. Laurene looked at the living seeing her wife and her best friend talking about Lisa's plan after the contract. She doesn't want to interrupt but Lisa caught her attention.

"Hi Laurene" Lisa waved, Laurene smiled and waved at her as Jennie pouted her lips. Laurene rolled her eyes playfully she came close to her and give her a peck. She knew Laurene was just getting the chance to kiss her on the lips.

"What's up for today Lis?" Laurene asked sitting beside her wife as Kuma sat in her lap and Jennie rest her hands on her wife's thigh.

"I just dropped by. I just completed my photoshoot in your building. It was nice by the way" Laurene smiled and thanked Lisa

"Thank you" Laurene smiled, she turned to look at Jennie "Babe, I'm gonna meet up with Suzy. Want to come?" Laurene implored

Jennie's heart fluttered to the new endearment "I thought it's your day off?" Jennie asked

"Well, someone wanted to meet me. I heard she was also a CEO, Roseanne will be there" Laurene said standing up and playing with the channels

"Heck I'm going with you. I don't want that girl to touch somewhere your body" Laurene shake her head and kissed Jennie on the cheeks

"Fine dumpling. I'll take a bath" Laurene stood up and tap the rapper's cheek as she quickly went upstairs. Jennie sighs dreamingly and leans her back on the couch.

"In love Mandu," Lisa said standing up and wearing her coat.

"You're leaving?" Jennie asked Lisa hummed "Yeah, I'm meeting my Mom and Dad since we need to talk about something serious. Quite nervous about it though" Jennie nodded and said Goodluck. When Lisa left the idol quickly went upstairs and went to their bedroom.

Jennie was looking at the said restaurant while Laurene was texting Suzy saying they arrive.

"Honey, you should have told me that this was a luxury restaurant. I should have worn more formal clothes" Jennie said while Laurene looked at her

"You look good" she kissed her nose and Jennie scrunched her nose as Laurene giggled "Turn off the engine, I already saw Roseanne" Jennie nodded and turned it off. She didn't forget to wear her mask before she come out and open the car door for her wife. Laurene instantly thanked her and called Roseanne. The Aussie instantly smiled at us and they followed them to the private room wherein Suzy and the CEO was there.

Laurene was clinging to Jennie and when they went inside they instantly welcomed Suzy and a familiar girl. Jennie looked at Roseanne and she shrugged. The familiar girl instantly stood up and smiled brightly.

"It's finally nice to meet you in person Laurene," The girl said as Laurene unclung to her wife and smiled as she shake the girl's hand.

"Thank you," She said and looked at Suzy just nodding at her

"I'm Jieun. The CEO of Lee's agency" Laurene formed an 'O' to her mouth not knowing what to say since she's not familiar with that. Laurene sat across them while Jennie sat beside her.

"Oh, by the way. This is my wife, Jennie" Jennie was taken aback, she didn't expect that she introduced her as her wife. She couldn't be happier "Don't worry I know her?" Jennie said as Jieun smiled, Laurene was confused and raised her brow "Really?" she asked gripping her wife's hands as Jennie chuckled.

"She's Lisa's long-time crush" Laurene was in relief she thought Jieun was her wife's ex or something.

"I see. So, How are you? I heard that you're looking forward to meeting me?" Laurene said as the waiter placed the foods that Suzy ordered, she knew what to order since she knows what are Laurene's likes and dislikes.

"I'm doing alright. Yeah, I'm looking forward I've been having high hopes that we'll meet at the fashion show last year but you didn't come" Jieun said

"I was busy," Laurene said trying not to say that she was busy having a good time in the Bahamas since she wanted to clear her mind because of her Dad's death.

"Understood, So How's Jennie as a wife" Jennie instantly looked at her wife and she was raising her brow while Laurene is trying not to laugh. Jennie rests her hand on her thigh and grips it wanting her to say something good.

"Jennie is a good wife, she is sweet and very stubborn," Laurene said causing Roseanne to laugh while Suzy is smiling

"Babe" Jennie whines and pout

"Don't pout it's not cute?" Roseanne said and Jennie glared at her while Suzy looked at her sharply she instantly gulped and gave a peace sign.

Jieun laughed since they know the girls, Lisa was her ex she was relieved that Jennie told her that she was Lisa's long-time crush. She doesn't want anyone to know.

The conversation continued and Laurene was intently listening to Jieun's stories while Suzy was being lovey-dovey with Roseanne. Laurene felt that Jennie was being touchy mostly her hand is in her abdomen she doesn't like to be touched in that part because it was a huge turn-on for her, so she took her hands to intertwine them with her under the table.

It was just all about Laurene's life and Laurene was also asking about Jieun's agency and business. She runs an entertainment and she was also a famous idol and Actress. She was surprised by it, this was the seventh time that she met an idol. She never met ordinary people that she was expecting and wanted since she wanted to make friends. She even want to be friends with the neighbors but her wife was just laughing at her.

It was a two-hour talk, they still talk about each other, getting to know and ended up laughing with Jennie and Roseanne. Jieun also talked about how Suzy and she met. Turns out she met Suzy at a press conference that Laurene asked and they instantly become friends since Jieun knows that she works with the famous CEO. It wasn't surprising at all since a lot of people are using Laurene's employees to be close with her sometimes even trying to win her compassion but sadly Laurene is trying to avoid those at that time.

After the meeting, Laurene and Jennie were in the bedroom. Jennie was laying in bed while Laurene is rechecking the things that they will bring to Paris. Laurene didn't don't know that it will be their honeymoon.

"Babe, how many dresses should I bring?" Laurene asked while holding some makeup and coming out from the restroom.

"As many as you want, we're staying there for one week. Is that okay? If you have something to do we can make it three days" Jennie said helping Laurene to pack

"It's fine, I asked Suzy to look out for the company and do her works. This was so sudden" Laurene uttered sitting at the edge of the bed and rolling the wire of her charger

"I'm sorry Honey, I just want to take you out for relaxation. We can do the things that you like when we're in Paris" Jennie said trying not to blurt out that it was their honeymoon.

Laurene smiled, she wanted to be in that place when she gets married. She doesn't know if Jennie considers this as their honeymoon she wouldn't complain since it's normal to have a honeymoon after you get married.

After they pack their things, they already headed to the airport. Laurene was shocked she was expecting they'll be leaving early in the morning but turns out it will also be on the same day.

William and Romel dropped them out at the airport and Laurene ordered them to look after their penthouse and the dogs which they instantly agreed.

They were now on the plane and Laurene was sleeping deeply and Jennie was looking at her adoringly. She doesn't know if the honeymoon will consist of intimacy, she doesn't know if Laurene would want that, she doesn't know if Laurene will enjoy it but she's having high hopes that she really will Enjoy it. The thing is, she wants to talk about their future together in Paris. Similarly, she wanted to indicate to Laurene that they are already making good memories and life together and this was their first stop.

After a long flight, they were picked up by Jennie's bodyguard. Laurene was looking at the window on their way to the hotel while their hands were intertwined, it's been a year now since she last came here and her heart is so happy. She wanted to show Jennie where her Dad and Mom took a picture because she also wants to do it with Jennie.

They finally arrived at the hotel and the bodyguard helped Jennie to bring all the luggage while Laurene is looking around the room, it was huge and luxurious. Jennie took this kind of room since she wants to give everything to her wife. Jennie closed the door and instantly hugged her wife from behind since she was looking at the view, she kissed her cheeks and Laurene smiled and leaned in.

"What are you thinking?" Jennie implored

"Nothing, just admiring the view," Laurene said and kissed Jennie's chin

"I wanted to let you know that this isn't just like a tour. This is our Honeymoon. I wanted to ask you this after our marriage but turns out you will be going back to Los Angeles for work" Laurene's eyes brighten and looked at Jennie with a worried expression

"Why are you worried?" Laurene asked

"I'm nervous because our honeymoon was too late" Laurene shake her head and looked turned around to face Jennie as she cups her cheek

"It's not late, we just had a lot of going on and you know you toured me around Korea and it was just like our mini honeymoon and even had a vacation with Suzy and Roseanne. I'm really happy because I'm here at my favorite and happy place and also you're here" Laurene said and Jennie blushed.

Jennie kissed the top of her head and went to the nightstand to take the champagne. She gives one to Laurene and Laurene thanked her. They were looking at the view enjoying the view and talking about random things until they finished the full bottle of Champagne.

Laurene just came out from the bathroom, she was wearing a bathrobe since she just finished taking a bath. Jennie was trying not to look at her but failed, Laurene was just so hot and sexy. She stood up from the bed and came close to Laurene as she held her chin and looked at her straight in the eyes.

"You're f*****g Gorgeous" Laurene chuckled when Jennie cursed.

"What's with the sudden mood?"

"Nothing, you're just so pretty," Jennie said kissing her wife's shoulder. She's feeling a bit hot, she wanted to remove it by taking a bath but seeing her wife in this style she can't even cope up with it.

Laurene was sighing Jennie was already leaving wet kisses on her neck, she wanted to stop because she was tired but it felt good. Once she couldn't take it, she turned around and kissed Jennie fully on the lips. They were kissing steamily their mouth is moving in sync.

Jennie's hand was roaming around her wife's back, Laurene knew what sign this is already. So she do the first move by unbuttoning the button of her outfit. Jennie untied the robe and lay, Laurene, in the bed.
