The black SUV pulled up in front of Crestview Holdings just after lunch. Andrea stepped out first, smoothing her dress before she would step inside the chaos waiting for her in there. The building rose in front of her, all glass and steel and the particular kind of authority that had felt distant and manageable from a Paris wine bar, felt considerably less so now.
