This is a work of science fiction. Supernatural characters, rules and concepts do apply in this universe, those who aren't applicable in real life. It is very much inspired by The Vampire Diaries Universe, and its spinoffs The Originals and Legacies. (It's a universe with vampires, witches, werewolves, hybrids, dopplegangers and other creatures.)
Although this one is from a very different setting, the same universal laws and principles applies. This story happens far from the series, literally, so don't expect some fan-fiction stuff, this is not a fan-made alternative universe. This is a whole new different story that just adapts the concept of vampirism, magic and supernatural laws of nature of the mentioned series and books. People do die in this book. A lot. If right here you see that this isn't for you, you're free to leave from the start; don't force yourself into a genre you're not into. This is dark romance, thriller and magic all in one book that is made to test your morals, ideals and sense of justice.
What happens in this novel are products of my imagination in my sick and tired mind. I lived in this universe long enough that I decided to put these hallucination stories into words, now here it is.
My characters are just the voices in my head, speaking to me until I made them into a person they are on ink today. They're not real, such unfortunate, right, I know.
Have a glimpse of what my mind thinks about almost 24/7, the characters walking and dancing and screaming all day until I finally write them down. Okay, fine, right, here it is. Whether you let them haunt you down in your own thoughts as well is definitely up to you. Good luck on that one. This is the first book, and it ends on a cliffhanger, might I add. Until I finally got the motivation to write again, or if you decide to come up with your own ending instead after being tired of waiting for mine. I don't even know if I will be alive long enough to write down this one hell of a series, but it is a series of books, that's what I know. How many and when it would end, we're about to find out.
