Alice POV
It was late at night when the phone rang in my room. I quickly got up to answer it.
"Hello"
He did not answer the other line, I looked at the phone and returned to my ear shortly after.
"Alice .." It was Morgan's voice.
"How are you?" I asked.
"I heard you were helping Krypton about recovering his property that was supposed to be mine. What's wrong with you?" There was anger in the tone of his speech.
Well, I was expecting this to happen. The world is so small that it is impossible for Morgan not to know it right away. I bite my lip.
