So that didn't go well. Apparently Alex already asked her out, on a date. That was exactly what I had hoped wouldn't happen. I just don't understand what he's got that I don't. Why did I have to get interested in the one freakin girl who doesn't like me? Today is Friday, the night of the party, and I have to watch Mary stare at Alex with love struck eyes all night long. It's going to be torture. So why am I going? Because Mary is going, simple as that.
I don't really know what I'm doing half the time concerning her. Is it like this for every single guy that likes a girl? Or maybe Mary does like me, but she doesn't know it until she is forced to admit her feelings for herself. Maybe I should go with someone else to the party, to make her jealous.
