After helping Calista change into a pair of denim shorts and a bright yellow tank top, Lynn and Calista had briefly stopped at Lynn’s so that she too could change clothes. Lynn had picked up a couple extra items just in case Alexis was late getting home. She tossed the bag into the rental jeep and then buckled the little girl into the seat before pulling out. Anytime she stayed at the beach, Lynn always rented one of the jeeps for easy transportation. A regular car just wasn’t feasible to drive around on the beach and the open-top jeep was so much cooler. Lynn giggled as she watched the excited child stare up with wide blue eyes at the open roof.
