Warning: dangerous situations, smut After following Sam's directions you pulled up in front of a house that seemed a lot like all the others. It was two stories with a big porch out front, painted a light yellow with white shutters, and you couldn't help but picture yourself living somewhere like this. Immediately an image popped up of you sitting on the porch swing gently swaying back and forth as a little girl played in the yard. Dean walking towards you and sitting beside you, pulling you close into his side and smiling as you watched your daughter play. "Y/N!" Jumping slightly as you were yanked from your daydream you shot Dean a bitchface, "What?" Rolling his eyes Dean looked back at the house, "I said you got any bright ideas for getting in the house and grabbing the box? I say we wait til everyone's gone and just go get it." Looking back at the house you noticed the car in the driveway and the toys scattered throughout the yard, obviously a family lived here. Suddenly an idea popped into your head, "Leave it to me." Climbing out of the car you began making your way across the yard and right up the steps to the front door, knocking three times you waited. Sam and Dean sat with wide eyes wondering what you were doing. The door opened to reveal a woman in her late thirties, baby on her hip and a gentle smile on her face. "Can I help you?" Smiling wide you held out your hand, "Hi I'm so sorry to bother you, my names Y/N, I'm not actually from around here and this may sound strange but have you recently purchased a jewelry box? My grandfather used to own one that I loved dearly and he said he would pass it down to me but after his passing my grandmother sold everything he had in her grief. I know this may seem intrusive but I've been tracking it through a few auction houses when I was told you may have purchased it." The woman smiled softly and moved to let you in the house. Smiling at her you took a few steps inside and admired the interior, the house was beautiful inside as well. "You have a beautiful home." Following the woman inside a sitting room you watched as she set the baby in a playpen, "My names Sarah, this little cutie is Jeffrey. Actually my husband did purchase an old jewelry box yesterday. He found it when he was making a delivery to the local auction house. I'm very sorry about your grandfather." Giving her a grateful look you smiled, "Is there anyway I could have the box? I would pay you for it of course." Nodding the Sarah smiled, "It's no trouble at all, I know what it's like to cherish gifts from loved ones. My husband paid $400 for it, if it's okay I'd like to sell it back to you and get back his money." Smiling wide you nodded, "Yes ma'am that would be wonderful, how about I come by later with the money and pick it up?" Sarah agreed and you decided on coming back sometime that evening, saying farewell you made your way outside and back to the boys, a huge grin on your face. Climbing in the backseat you looked forward to see both men staring at you. Sam's eyebrows rose, "Well? What happened?" Grinning you crossed your arms, "I'm coming back later to buy it from her." Both their jaws dropped, Dean shook his head slightly, "Wait a minute, she's just gonna give it to you? We don't have to break in or anything?" "Nope, after she learned the box once belonged to my poor grandfather who promised it to me she felt so bad she said I could buy it back for what her husband paid for it. The way I see it we hit a bar, earn a little cash, come back and get the box. Then burn the damn thing and skip town." Dean shook his head and faced forward, starting the car he grinned, "Damn, easiest hunt ever." As he drove back through town you couldn't help but grin, you'd impressed Dean and that did nothing but make your cheeks redden and your heart beat faster. Around six o'clock the impala pulled up back in front of the house, you'd ended up hustling a group of frat boys out of $500 at the bar so you were pretty proud of yourself. "Okay, you guys wait here." Stepping out of the car you walked towards the front door and knocked gently, Sarah answered after a minute, "Y/N, welcome back come on in." Following her into the house she led the way towards the kitchen, once inside you noticed Jeffrey sitting in a high chair. A little girl who looked to be about four sat at the counter, juice box and a half eaten sandwich in front of her. Smiling you didn't even notice the small dog sniffing your leg until you felt him nudge you. Looking down you couldn't help but kneel down to pet him, "Oh my gosh he's so cute!" Sarah smiled as she wiped something off of Jeffreys face, "That's Duck, sweetest dog you'll ever meet, and great with the kids!" "Honey did you see where I set my phone when I got home?" A man walked in from the other side of the kitchen, he was around six feet with brown hair and brown eyes. Sarah looked over and furrowed her eyebrows, "Um, I think I saw it upstairs on the nightstand maybe?" He nodded and looked towards you, walking over he held out his hand, "You must be Y/N, Sarah told me about your visit earlier. My names Nathan, I'm sorry about your grandfather, but it's great you were able to find your jewelry box. I'll go grab it for you." Thanking him you took a step to the side so he could get by and run upstairs. Sarah lifted the baby from his highchair, "Leah honey if your done it's time for bed, let's get you changed." The little girl climbed down from the stool and waved goodbye to you before following her mother, "I'll be right back just gotta put the kiddos down." Grinning you motioned it was fine, "Take your time I'll just wait right here." Sitting at the counter you looked around and once again got lost in a daydream, you could imagine Dean cooking his famous pancakes, you walking up to hug him from behind. The little girl running by being chased by a slightly older boy with dirty blonde hair and bright green eyes. Smiling to yourself it took a moment before you noticed the temperature in the room seemed to drop suddenly. Rubbing your arms and looking around the room realization making you stand up quickly. Turning towards the door you saw a young woman standing in there, she wore a simple sundress and her blonde hair fell around her shoulders. Staring at you she tilted her head, somehow you knew what she was thinking. She knew you were here to take the box and destroy it. Before you could react you were flung across the kitchen island and into the fridge. Hitting the ground you covered your head with both arms as dishes fell and crashed around you. Nathan ran into the room, the jewelry box in his hands, seeing you on the floor his eyes grew wide. Looking at the other door he noticed the girl and all color drained from his face. Adrenaline kicked in and you jumped to your feet, looking around you spotted the salt shaker and quickly dove for it. Unscrewing the top you threw a handful at the girl and watched as she disappeared. Nathan seemed frozen in place, running over you snapped your fingers in front of his face. "Nathan! Where do you keep the rest of your salt?" Slowly he came around and pointed towards a cabinet, running over you threw open the door and grabbed the two containers you found. Handing one to Nathan you grabbed the box from his hands and pushed him towards the door. "Okay here's what's happening, this box is cursed and that girl is a ghost. I'm here to get rid of her before she hurts your family but we need to move! We need to get Sarah and the kids out!" Nathan still seemed to be in shock so you turned him and slapped him hard across the face. "Snap out of it man we gotta save your family!" This seemed to shake him back to reality, "Upstairs!" Following him up the stairs and taking them two at a time you came to a halt as soon as you reached the landing. The girl stood staring at Sarah who was frozen in shock, Jeffrey in her arms and Leah clinging to her leg, both crying frantically. Running forward you dumped more salt into your hand, "Hey Ghost b***h!" The girl turned to you, anger all over her face. Throwing the salt at her you once again watched her vanish. Nathan ran forward and brought his family into his arms, breathing heavily you heard the front door swing open and Deans voice ring out, "Y/N!" "Up here!" Both brothers ran up the steps, Sam carried a shotgun and Dean had a tire iron, his face showed relief when he saw you, "You okay? We heard crashing and yelling." Nodding you touched the back of your head gingerly, wincing slightly you drew it back, your fingers covered in blood. "Yeah I'm good the b***h threw me into a damn fridge." Before he could reply the girl appeared once more at the end of the hall, holding out a hand Sam and Dean both flew against the wall. Dean dropped the tire iron which you bent over to pick up, motioning for the family to move into the bedroom. After you shoved them inside you began pouring the salt out into a circle. "Whatever happens, stay in this circle! She can't get to you here!" Nathan nodded, holding Sarah tightly as she held the kids. Turning around you saw Dean and Sam come running inside, Sam kept his eyes scanning the hallway behind them. "Are you guys okay?" Both men nodded, Dean pulled a pistol from the back of his pants. "We need to burn that damn box, NOW." Looking around for something to burn it in you grabbed a metal trash can beside the desk, setting the box inside you reached into your pocket to grab the small bottle of lighter fluid and match box you carried. Just as you poured the fluid on you heard Sam yell behind you, "Y/N!" Raising your head you saw the girl standing directly in front of you, reaching out suddenly you watched as her hand disappeared in your chest, the pain was indescribable as she squeezed your heart. Crying out you dropped to your knees, eyes tearing up. Suddenly she vanished as Dean swung the tire iron. Gasping for breath you clutched your hand to your chest, "f**k that hurt." Deans arms came around you and he tilted your head up to look at your face, "You okay sweetheart?" Nodding you reached into your pocket for the matches and handed them to him, "Just light the b***h up." Taking the matches he struck it when the girl appeared once more, before he could react the desk came across the floor and pinned him to the wall. Sam shot off a salt round and she vanished. Unfortunately Dean dropped the lit matches and they immediately caught onto a few drops of lighter fluid on the floor. Flames ran towards the trash can, just as the can began to ignite you saw the girl behind Sam, hearing you yell his name he ducked in time as she threw a chair towards him. Instead of hitting Sam it hit the window and shattered the glass. The sudden flow of air made the flames grow higher and catch to everything around them. Luckily this included the box, you smiled as you saw the b***h go up in flames. Looking towards the family you saw the terror on their faces as they watched the fire spread. Scooting around the flames you began pushing Nathan, "Time to go!" Dean finally pushed the desk out of the way and ran forward to grab the little girl, tucking her head against his shoulder he ran out followed by Sam who was helping Sarah run with Jeffrey in her arms. Nathan followed with you not far behind, as you left the room you felt flames follow you into the hallway, turning around you watched as they spread across the ceiling, catching the other rooms in the blaze. Smoke began to thicken in the air and you coughed. Just as you reached the top of the stairs you felt like something was wrong, watching everyone run down the stairs and out the door you suddenly remembered the adorable little dog. Turning in circles you realized you hadn't seen him since everything started, "Duck! Come here boy!" Running to the end of the hall you checked both the bedroom and bathroom there, holding your shirt over your mouth to help stifle the smoke. By now the flames had reached into this room as well but you were determined to find the dog. Coughing hard you ran into the bathroom, grabbing a towel you set it in the sink and turned on the water, all while holding your arm up to your mouth. Dean and Sam made it to the front yard, they could see neighbors standing around watching the flames with shocked expressions. Sirens sounded in the distance. Setting the girl down Dean set his hands on his knees and took deep breaths. Standing up he watched as Nathan hugged his crying family, he felt bad for them. But luckily no one was hurt so he decided to call it a win. Turning to look at Sam he noticed you weren't with him, spinning around he suddenly noticed you weren't anywhere in the yard either. "Y/N!" Sam heard his brothers yell and looked up, realizing too that you were no where around. "Dean, didn't she follow us out?" Dean began to panic, right then an explosion sounded as two windows on the top story blew out, flames climbing high. He took two steps forward before Sam's arm shot out, stopping him. Glaring at his brother Dean pushed against him, "Dude she's still in there!" Sam shook his head, "Wait Dean she may have went out the back!" Dean pushed harder against his brother, trying desperately to get to you, "Y/N!" You faintly heard your name being called but ignored it, where the hell is that damn dog! Picking up the towel from the sink you wrapped it around your face, the water helping to lessen the smoke you were breathing. Running back into the bedroom you swore as you saw flames everywhere. Suddenly movement and a small whimper caught your attention, dropping to the floor you looked under the bed to see Duck there looking petrified. "Come on boy, let's get outta here!" Reaching in you grabbed him by the back of his neck and slid him towards you, a few patches of fur were singed and you winced. Taking off the towel you wrapped it around the small dog. Standing back up you looked around and tried to find the best way out. You could clearly see the flames dancing in the hallway and decided that would be plan B. Turning around you ran towards the window, setting Duck down by your feet you lifted the window open. The new air flow made the flames jump higher and you felt them lick at your back. Crying out you bent over to pick up the dog and began climbing out of the window. Once outside you crouched on the roof, through blurry eyes you saw Sam holding Dean back as he screamed your name. "DEAN!" This caught his attention as his eyes snapped up to meet yours, Sam turned at the sound of your voice, his eyes growing wide. They both ran forward to stand right under you, Dean lifted his arms, "Come on baby I got you!" Slowly crawling forward you kept a tight grip on the dog while also trying not to fall, making it to the edge you grew uneasy looking at the drop but another explosion behind you made the decision for you. Throwing your legs over the edge you closed your eyes and leaned forward, waiting for impact. A pair of strong arms caught you and you both fell to the ground. Dean quickly jumped up, dragging you with him. Making it to the street you saw Sarah and Nathan huddled together with their kids. Leaving Deans arms you wobbled forward on unsteady legs, dropping down to your knees in front of them. Smiling as best you could your eyes met Leah's, "I think this belongs to you." Removing the towel from his head her eyes grew wide as Duck jumped out and into her arms. Her little hands wrapped around him as she hugged him tightly, "Ducky!" Smiling you watched as the little girl laughed and hugged the small dog as he licked her face. You felt a hand take yours and looked over to see Sarah. Her face was black from smoke and there were tear trails down her cheeks, "Thank you, for everything." Considering their house was burning down behind you there wasn't much you could say, you knew it was better than the alternative but you still felt guilty. Nodding at her you slowly stood and turned around, suddenly you began coughing and almost fell over were it not for Dean catching you. He quickly picked up your shaking body and carried you to the ambulance that pulled up. Thirty minutes later you were sitting in the back slowly breathing in through an oxygen mask as the EMT checked your vitals. Taking off the cuff he looked up and checked your eyes, "Everything looks okay, good thinking with that wet towel. I don't believe you've got any burns in your lungs. Get plenty of rest and if you don't feel any better tomorrow go straight to the hospital." Removing the mask you thanked him and climbed out of the truck. Sam was standing behind it and brought you into a hug as soon as you set your feet on the ground, "Damnit Y/N, don't ever do that again!" Laughing softly you hugged him back, "Sorry Sam." Your laughing turned to coughing which led Sam to quickly let you go. Wrapping an arm around your shoulders he led you to the back of the crowd where Dean stood leaning against baby. His arms were crossed and he stared at you as though he couldn't decide if he wanted to hug you or kill you. Stopping in front of him you grew nervous, "Hey Dean." Dean frowned and opened his mouth as though he wanted to say something but quickly decided against it. Standing up straight he turned and walked towards the drivers door, opening it and getting in. Giving Sam a look you knew Dean just needed some time, really you didn't care what he needed so long as he wasn't yelling at you. Sam helped you climb into the back where you laid down with your head propped against the door. Jumping in the front seat he closed his door as Dean started the engine and began driving back to the motel. Ten minutes later you arrived, after getting pretty comfortable in the car you realized how exhausted you felt. Even thinking about getting out made you tired. Dean seemed to realize this and opened your door, leaning in he gently lifted you into his arms and carried you into the motel room. Once inside he began making his way towards the bed when you stopped him, "No Dean I smell like smoke, I need to shower before I get in bed." Changing direction he set you in the recliner and moved to bring you your bag. "Thanks Dean." Sam walked in and saw the look Dean was giving you, he knew you were about to get one of Deans famous lectures and decided to skip the show. "I'm gonna go grab us some food." Grabbing Deans keys he walked quickly out the door, shooting you a sympathetic look. As you heard the door shut you sighed, looking up slowly you saw Dean staring at you, arms crossed and an unreadable expression on his face. "Dean, please don't be mad at me. I couldn't let the dog die! Besides I got that families house burned down, it was the least I could do." You mumbled the last part, looking down at your lap. Deans face softened only slightly, walking forward he knelt in front of you, grabbing your hands in his he tried to get you to look at him. "Why do you think you burned down their house?" Looking up you didn't even try to fight back the tears you felt falling, "If I had only gotten the box quicker, or maybe even went along with your plan to break in and grab it then none of this would have happened. That family lost everything tonight and I just..." You were cut off mid rant by a pair of warm lips pressed against your own. Shocked at first you sat frozen, Dean pulled back and looked into your eyes, "Sweetheart that family is alive, they aren't gonna care about anything else. And as for earlier you only did what you thought would be best, sometimes it's nice to do this sort of stuff without actually breaking any laws." His grip on your hands tightened as he looked down and closed his eyes for a moment, "The moment I realized you weren't with us I panicked. Standing outside, watching the house burn and knowing you were inside, I've only ever felt that pain once before." Looking back up at you there was so much fear and love in his eyes you took in a sharp breath. "Y/N you mean everything to me, and I know we dance around each other all the time but I can't do this anymore. Tonight made me realize I can't lose you, and if I ever do then I damn sure want to know we at least had something before that happens." Lifting a hand to rest on your neck you felt his thumb brush a tear from your cheek, "I want you to share a bed with me every night and wake up to your face every morning. I want to argue with you about going on dangerous hunts and make up with you later. I want to know that you feel the same way about me that I do about you no matter what happens." You couldn't help the huge smile that came across your face, bringing up both hands you set them on either side of his neck, "I knew you were a sucker for a good chick flick moment." The big dorky smile you loved so much came across his face as he met you halfway in another kiss, it was surprisingly soft and full of love. Pulling back slightly Dean left his forehead pressed against yours, breathing heavily. "Just promise me something, no more heroics. I don't think I can take another night like tonight." Kissing his lips again you moved to begin kissing his cheeks and nose, "Dean I'm a hunter, I can't make that promise. But I will always come back to you, that much I can promise." Warning: smut ending from here, if your not into that do not continue Deciding it was good enough for now he once again attacked your lips, only this time it was filled with unspoken words and a powerful hunger. Sliding his hands down your thighs and back up to your hips he gripped you tight, a moan escaped from you at his touch and he smiled against your lips. Letting your fingers brush through his hair you lightly pulled on it, earning a growl from Dean. Leaning back, slightly panting from the kiss you smiled, "You know I still need to take a shower..." Not needing to hear anymore Dean jumped up, bringing you with him. You couldn't help but laugh at his eagerness as he practically ran towards the bathroom. Once inside he set you on your feet and moved to turn on the shower. Letting the water warm up he looked at you and smirked, "How about we get you out of those clothes?" Grinning you leaned forward to kiss him once more, feeling his hands run over your shoulders and down your arms to take off your jacket you couldn't help the small butterflies dancing in your stomach. This was really happening, Dean freakin Winchester was kissing your neck and lifting off your shirt. Holy s**t. Breaking the kiss long enough to pull off your shirt you suddenly became self conscious, moving to cover your chest you looked down. Placing his hands on yours Dean pulled them away, leaning forward he began trailing soft kisses along your neck that led down to the top of your breasts. "Beautiful." Hearing him say that built back up your confidence enough to reach forward and grab the edge of his shirt, lifting it over his head and throwing it somewhere behind him. You'd seen him shirtless many times but never had you imagined being able to freely stare, and not only were you staring but you felt yourself bite your lip as you ran your hands over his chest. "Like what you see?" Smirking you traced his tattoo with your finger lightly, loving how his body shuddered under your touch. Looking up you saw his eyes were closed. "I don't know yet, depends on what happens next." Dean opened his eyes to see the love and need in yours. The next thing you knew he had you both out of the rest of your clothes and in the shower. The water running over your skin felt amazing but not nearly as good as Deans hands did. He had you pulled to his chest, your back to his front. Already you could feel his hard need pushing against your ass, moving slightly to grind your self against him you loved the low growl you earned. "Sweetheart you keep doing that I'm not gonna last long, and I wanna enjoy this." Turning around you crashed your lips against his as your hands ran over his hard muscles and stomach. Reaching between your bodies you let your hand drop to run across his length. You felt him stiffen as the back of your hand lightly grazed the sensitive skin along his shaft. His hips bucked up at the contact, opening his eyes and meeting yours he smiled at the cocky grin on your face. Pushing you back against the wall he began biting and sucking on your neck, every nerve in your body firing off. Dean found every one of your sweet spots and made sure to leave marks you knew would be visible the next day. Suddenly you felt his hand trail down between your breasts and along your stomach, stopping once he reached your folds. Rubbing his fingers across them lightly he chuckled at the breathy moan you gave out. "I thought you enjoyed a little teasing?" "Dean, please." Grinning Dean focused on kissing your lips, softly at first then along your jaw and onto your neck. As he did you felt his hand grab under your knee and lift it, wrapping your leg around his waist. Once again looking up into your eyes he watched as they lit up in pleasure the moment he sunk into you. "Oh God Dean..." As he bottomed out and filled you completely Dean kept still even though his body willed him to move. Moving your hips to signal he could move he began thrusting slowly at first, building speed and reaching places you never even knew existed. "Y/N, God sweetheart you feel amazing." Smiling you kissed his neck, biting and sucking once you found a spot that brought out a deep moan from him. As he sped up you began to feel that familiar knot form in your stomach. "Dean, I'm..." "I know baby, go ahead I wanna feel you." His words sent you over the edge, the waves of intense pleasure seemed to go on forever as Dean brought his hand up to rub your c**t, helping you to ride out your high. Just as you began to come down from your orgasm Deans thrusts grew sloppy, with a final thrust and a shout of your name he came deep inside you. The feeling of him coming undone almost giving you a second orgasm. Closing your eyes and leaning your head back against the wall you focused on slowing down your breathing. Feeling Dean pepper light kisses along your neck you whimpered as he pulled out, setting your leg down. Opening your eyes you were met with bright green ones staring back at you. Smiling wide you leaned forward, pecking his lips. The next few minutes were spent cleaning each other up, soft kisses and touches exchanged here and there. After finishing you had just enough energy to dry off and pull on some shorts and a tank top before walking into the motel room and sitting on the edge of Deans bed. Your eyes began to grown heavy and a large yawn caught Deans attention. Laughing he cut off the bathroom light as he hung up his towel. He was dressed in only a pair of boxers and even in your exhausted state you appreciated his body. Smiling up at him you stifled another yawn, "So Mr. Winchester, should I sleep with Sam tonight?" Dean growled and reached down to pick you up off the bed, a surprised gasp left your lips as you clung tightly to him. Pulling back the covers with one hand he laid you gently on the bed, hovering his body over yours, being careful not to crush you. "I think you'd better stick with me sweetheart." Smiling you leaned forward, kissing him softly, "Sounds good to me." Pecking your lips once more he shifted to lay beside you, pulling the blankets over your bodies he held you tight to his chest. "Goodnight sweetheart." "Goodnight Dean."
