“Dear, do you think Anna’s okay? She didn't come home last night, didn't call or text and now, it's already dark outside. Do you think she's okay?” Gigi asked, walking around the living room.
“She’s alright, probably at Nora’s house. You worry too much besides, she is a grown-up now. Tell you what, if she doesn't come back tomorrow, we call her and if she doesn't pick up, then we go look for her. Are you okay with that?” Mr. Green said, walking over to where his wife was and hugging her from behind.
Gigi was hesitant at first but decided to stay still in hopes that Anna would come back the next day.
The twins were in their rooms. Mia was watching a movie while Jay was playing video games, not minding anything.
