I glance down at the group chat after finishing up my notes from my last appointment for the day. I bite at my lip, wanting to say something, anything, but I’m having real trouble finding the right words. I also realize that I didn’t talk to them what I wanted to talk to them about in the first place, but that usually happens in the group chat—everything devolves from the path I try to head out on, and now I’m out in the middle of the words, chasing butterflies instead.
