The SUV stopped in front of the hotel and Finn jumped out of the car and again grabbed my elbow and pulled me out of the seat. He casually moved to my left side and yanked on the one handcuff still attached to my left wrist. “You need to keep yourself in check and not try anything stupid.”
“As if everything I’ve done to this point wasn’t stupid?” I didn’t get a response, so I tried to keep in stride with his long, muscular legs as we entered the hotel. I felt that tingle again.
