CHAPTER TEN
I had finished my cookies and some of Finn’s cheese and crackers and realized we should be close to our destination. Sure enough, I spotted a sign showing that Nice was only two kilometers away. I turned to Finn as he began to move over into the right lane.
“Guess we’re getting close.” I shifted my seatbelt and reached for my camera.
“Aye, if you need to make a pit stop, we can do that here. Otherwise, I’ll turn on the GPS to find the street address.”
“I think I’m okay for now. What exactly is the plan, by the way?”
Finn looked over at me and then back at the road. “I’ve a few ideas, but we’ll need to get a little settled in before we approach Dubsky.”
“Settled in? How are we going to do that?” I saw the exit sign for Nice and started to take pictures. Not really sure why
