Immortal 15

Episode 15

The general had positioned two brave soldiers at the door of the princess to make sure she remained inside.

Tracy was being surrounded by three soldiers who were forbidden to sleep. To avoid her from killing herself.

Jake was weak but prayed to the gods.

The red army was approaching Kezeya and there was chaos in the land of Kezeya. The king didn't see this coming and he immediately summoned all the rich men of the land. Jake's father was among but he wasn't himself during the meeting especially when the messenger told them that Jake's mother was among the red army as a prisoner.

"Your wife traveled to the red lands?" The king asked.

"It is a long story my lord. I'm hearing it for the first time. I will tell you how it all began but for now my lord we have to defend the land of kezeya. The red people are well known for their ruthlessness. They will try to kill even a pregnant woman in our land. Make a decision and let's start preparing the army" said Jake's father.

The King sighed and gave the order. "All the rich men of Kezeya should join hands together to fortify our great army. Do not leave this war alone for me. Bring out what you have and support"

The rich men bowed and left the throne to start preparing. Jake's father was really heartbroken as he was ridding home.

The red army had crossed the boundary and was nearing the lands of Kezeya.

In the red palace, the princess started screaming for help inside her chamber. The two guards rushed in to help her. As they bent down to help her up she cut their throats with her dagger and they fell and struggled on the ground. Their blood covered the floor. The princess swore to see Jake's face that night and she was prepared to do just that. She stepped out and headed to the dark room. There she peeped inside and saw it was the room where Tracy was held. She equally saw the three soldiers guarding her from herself. She checked the second dark room and saw Jake's legs. She entered withoutnoticing a red soldier standing near the door. The soldier was sleeping but when he heard footsteps he jumped up and swung his sword in the dark. The princess dodged the sword and hid in a darker spot of the room. Jake opened his eyes but couldn't see anything because of darkness. Suddenly he started hearing screams. He knew it was the princess's voice. And then a man fell beside his feet, with blood pumping from his mouth. The princess knelt before Jake and held his face with tears in her eyes. Her arm was bleeding.

"He cut you?" Jake asked.

"I will be fine my love" she cried.

"I'm sorry" cried Jake.

"Do not cry. What can I do for you?" She asked.

"You must kill Tracy. She wants to die but she is being prevented to. Only when she dies will I regain my power. Kezeya will be doomed if I don't return home with the power of immortality"

The princess thought about the three soldiers she saw guarding Tracy and wondered if penetrating them to kill Tracy would be possible. She became scared.

"I believe you can do it" Jake encouraged her.

"But you don't even love me. You said so yourself" she cried.

"Maybe one day I will. You are a good person. Do me this last favour" Jake pleaded and the Princess nodded and cleaned her tears and said. "I will do this for you"
