Ube turned and said, "Because of the oath which I took the day I was made a general I will let you walk the earth and I will go with my pains, aside that your head would have been separated from your neck by now. You and I know that I am telling you the truth and nothing but the truth" Ube finished saying and then left at once. The elders in the palace all decided to sit and waited for the king to speak. The king sat back and did not say a word. Ruty went and sat beside him.

Ube went back to his house and angrily began to scatter everything with his sword. He was madly furious and he challenged the gods for making him such a fool. He cried out painfully and fell on both knees, unable to understand why what happened to him did happen to him. He rose and began to stagger out of the compound and before long he was where his horsed were, mounted one of them and began to ride out of the city. He was riding and not stopping for a moment. He did not know exactly where he was riding to but all he knew was that he was going to keep on riding and if that would take him to the end of to world then that was why he would go to. He kept on riding until he came at a place where so many people were drinking and laughing and he got down from his horse. He looked at the sign post in the entrance of the bar and realised that he was now in another city entirely. He chuckled at his depression and walked into the bar, sat and ordered for a full chicken.
