Episode 1
Jake didn't wake up from sleep the next morning after he had a terrible dream the night before. His mother was holding herself and Jake's father was pacing.
"Jake is my only son. The gods must be crazy to take him away from me" the father blinked in tears. The household maiden servants stood outside Jake's Chamber as tears stood in their eyes. Jake was so kind to his father's servants that they nicknamed him "heartmender"
"HeartMender will survive okay" Tracy assured the rest of the servants and they nodded and cleaned their eyes hopefully.
Tracy was very beautiful and she was first shipped into the kingdom of Kezeya as a slave alongside other innocent maidens. It was Jake who bought her and her slave mates into his father's wealthy home and turned them from slaves to servants; paying them more than any wealthy home in Kezeya paid their servants.
Jake's father was still worried when the one eyed man stepped into the grand home. Jake's mother fell on the man's feet and cried. "Whatever it will cost to save him I'm ready to do"
"Woman, your son's illness is caused by a night witch in the aboard of the red people. The witch protects your home as well as she protects the red people. She needs blood. She needs something red. Your son will die if you don't sacrifice humans to the witch. Do you have slaves in your home?" The one eyed man asked.
The woman turned to look at her husband.
"Yes. We have slaves that can serve as the sacrifice" Jake's father said.
"Where are they?" one eyed man asked.
Jake's father pointed towards the direction where the maiden servants were standing. Tracy was shocked as well as the rest of the maidens.
"We serve Jake. We are not slaves. He made us servants. You know this. You cannot do this!!!" Tracy screamed but the soldiers guarding the home of Jake's father apprehended the maidens and tied them up for sacrifice. The maidens continue to scream.
Inside the Chamber, Jake was lying on his bed with his eyes heavily closed.
