Ube stared around to check how many men had rounded him up and he chuckled. He then rested his face on the bar man and while he wanted to stand up one of the men behind him held him from the back and pushed him down again. Ube then looked at the bar man again and the bar man was not expecting what came after could not understand how he was all of a sudden on the ground and his arms all broken. He could not understand how it happened because Ube was too fast and so he remained on the ground and kept on screaming and watching as the men whom he had called were being deprived of their balls as Ube tore their balls from in between their legs and forced them in their mouths. The bar kept on screaming until he could scream no more. All the men that were in the bar were dead and the only one remaining alive was the bar man. He could see Ube walking out of the bar and truly there was no scratch on him. Ube came outside, mounted his horse and began to ride out of the town. He did not know where he was going and he did not care to know. In Ubiam Oyolima and her sister Golibe with their mother were now inside the room that was offered to them by the Onowu of Ubiam and Golibe who was still angry over what happened outside was told by her sister Oyolima that she should not be angry in another man's land. "The leader of the people of Ubiam has every right to do what he did. He is bitter over the fact that our mother refused to marry him and went ahead to marry out father. He is simply bitter and you should have known that by now and stop being sad about it" Oyolima had said and had noticed that her mother was seated moody. She walked up to her and sat beside him. Golibe looked at them and removed her face.
