"sir, May I come in" Stella said from outside my office door
"yes, come in" I answered, my voice subconsciously softening.
as soon as she saw Elena her entire aura and expression turned code.

I couldn't help but ask
"what are you doing here, Elena"
"oh my!, it's only been three or four days and you're already feeling on top" she sneered, Edward suddenly said
"baby, you never told me about her"
I was surprised by his sudden behavior, so he gave me a knowing smile and a look that says 'play along'
"oh, we ain't really friends, more like enemies"
" I wouldn't hire my baby's enemy" Edward sneered turning to Elena and Becky,
Becky's face was one that could make you vomit I accidentally laughed out loud that was when Elena gave a knowing smile "Stella, I know you too well you are not dating your boss, it's just a prank"
"yh, how could she hahaha" they both made a joke of me.
"and where was it written!" Edward suddenly became aggregateed, slamming the table
"SSS.. sorry sir...I just need this job" Elena pleaded
"Get out" he ordered.
they both ran out, stumbling slightly.

I seriously don't know what happened to me, I just lost it.I looked at Stella, she seems to be shivering, I didn't want to see her like that especially not for me and again I was surprised she seems to divert from the brave girl I saw the first day to this kid.
"Stella, I'm sorry" I pleaded
she seems to regain composure.
"why?, you actually helped me, I'm certain Elena won't bother me for now" she said politely
"Hmm" I replied
"okay, I'll go back to work, I just wanted to remind you that you have a meeting with the DU's group in about, half an hour "
with that she didn't hesitate to leave.
~~stella's POV
I got into my room and forcefully lay on my bed .
the meeting wasn't easy, but I like my job, I get to see Edward daily......was he just joking when he asked me to date him, I'll find out tomorrow.
"what are you thinking about" Jennifer asked.
I had no idea when she came in and even lay besides me.
"how was work" I asked
"it wasn't easy, those guys are quite messy"
we both giggled.
"do you notice, you'll changed a lot " she suddenly paused her expression serious
" really, how?" I asked
" wellll, you are now vibrant and all colours, no more cold aura" she smiled
" I guess, I didn't realise it" I answered Taken aback
I really didn't realise it till now, a lot has really changed, since we moved here.
" but, I'm glad you did, you've finally moved on from the past" she rejoiced
" I guess" I smiled
" please, stay this way, you look beautiful" she hugged me as we shared a giggle.
Jennifer spent the night with me, in one of the guest rooms since Edward Stays in mine.
