Ropes

Alex's POV

I could hear some voices talking. Couldn't really figure out what they were saying but I heard two men. As soon as I tried to move my head up a sharp pain reminded me of what had just happened, so I held my scream in. I felt as if I was moving, in a car perhaps.

"I'm not sure boss will like this" I heard an unsure, shaky voice say. Who is the boss?

"Oh, he'll love it. What's better than Angelo Salvatores daughter" another deep husky voice replied. So they know who I am.

I swear to god if Elijah is the one behind this, he won't see another day.

"Oh you know, Alessandro that we were sent to bring. Not her" Wait they were meant to kidnap my brother?

"Sure if you think you can take on all the security he had be my guest"

"Okay okay but if boss gets angry, you're responsible" one of them said.

I tried to get a feel around. I needed to know how hard it would be to escape and let me tell you those people were pretty damn dumb. I was thrown in the back with the car doors not even locked. They hadn't tied me up or anything so I could end them easily.

Also one of their guns was in the middle of the two front seats. So if I reached my arm and carefully tried to take it I would be able to no problem.

They definitely don't know who they are f*****g with so this would be fun and easy to get away from them. They didn't even check for trackers or anything on me. Not that I had any but for example my apple watch was still on my arm.

Now I could either end them right now and not know who was behind this, or I can follow my dumb ideas of going with them, try to figure out who they are and send my location to my brother using the watch. Yeah folks, plan B it is.

Wherever they are taking me was either quite far away or they just drove around to make sure no one was following us.

Now judging on how stupid they have been I say it's just quite a ride to wherever we were going.

I slowly removed my watch from my wrist to be able to control it with one hand without moving. I checked my location, and I was shocked.

We had left the city..

Okay never mind then plan C it is.

I quickly sent my current location to Alessandro and now he could get Mike to track the watch and they should get here soon. However if the watch ran out of battery or the men noticed it I would be all by myself. So I carefully hid it in my pocket and pretended to be passed out.

Even though I could end them now and return to the city, I wouldn't know who sent them, and I don't have any drugs with me so I would have to kill them & hiding bodies without evidence right now wouldn't be easy without a clean-up team. Also it's not the easiest thing to knock out 2 people on a highway without crashing. So I will stay in the car, either Alessandro makes it here before we reach the destination and we don't have that huge of a fight or they take a while since we are going outside the city and have to fight some gang in their safe which isn't the best idea from a logical point of view.

*ring ring* Oh f**k me the watch wasn't on mute.

"Heard anything?" one of them said

"No but check on her" the other said

I heard some seat noise and after a few second I heard the man sit back.

"She is in a deep sleep" he said. I didn't dare to open my eyes, for all I know he could be staring at me still checking if I'm awake.

After a little while I heard the engine shut off and the car doors open. "You get her" I heard one of them say.

"What? You scared of her throwing another punch at ya?" The other laughed. I still don't know their names though.

"Wake up sleeping beauty" I heard the man say, what a gentleman. I couldn't wake up directly though, so I pretended to still be asleep. Kind of a bad decision cause not even a few seconds later I felt a decent slap on my cheek.

I opened my eyes and noticed another guy I haven't seen before, probably the one who stood behind me and knocked me out. He looked like a real asshole, acted like one too. He was the one with the husky, deep voice. He pulled me out of the car and used a rope to tie my arms, is he dumb? Anyone who knows me, The Devil, knows that not even chains could stop me. Wow they really don't know who they are dealing with. After he tied the rope he held my arms and pushed me forward to walk.

"Move" He yelled

The three of us started walking with the dude holding my arm so damn tight. Gosh I wanna kill him.

"So, who are you?" I asked

No answer

"What you just gonna kidnap me and not say anything?" I replied angry at how tightly he was holding me. That's when I was tackled to the ground with the man's foot on top of my neck.

He did not.

"From now on, you shut up, you're not in daddy’s mansion anymore" He said.

"We ask, you don't" He said putting more weight and pressure, so it started getting challenging to breath.

With the corner of my eye I could see the other guy who talked to me looking terrified.

"So you shut the f**k up you little b***h unless we tell you otherwise" He said almost crushing my neck, my vision was all blurred up and I could barely breath. I'm pretty sure my face had turned all purple too but now I had got the rope of my arms. I quickly lifted my arm and punched him in the balls which made him remove some of his weight. With that I quickly pushed his leg away and tackled him down. He took his gun out and pointed it at me, so I quickly snatched it out of his arm twisting it and taking the opportunity to hit him with it and knock him out.

I looked back and saw the other guy looking terrified for life, he just stood still and didn't move an inch. He was the one who talked to me. He looked seriously scared which is something you couldn't be if you were in this business.

It would kill you.

There is no way that he is a real member, he doesn't even seem trained.

Is he old enough?

I mean he looked really young. What if this was his first job and he is a kid? No, Alex he is an enemy. Kill him. A voice in my head thought. I held the gun up and aimed at his heart. He looked as if he gave up and knew there was no way out of this. He didn't even try making a deal or asking for mercy, which let me tell you a lot of people do.

I put my finger on the trigger and slowly pulled.. but not all the way. I couldn't get myself to do it.. not again. He is probably a kid. I can't kill him. I walked towards him without lowering my gun. He shouldn't get an idea of me playing nice. He might try something then or get help.

As I reached him I walked even closer, so I was close enough to hit him hard with the gun on the head and knock him out, which I did. He fell to the ground and that's when a small bottle and a bunch of tissues felt out of his pocket. Must be the drug they used on me. I quickly took the bottle and read. It was indeed the drug.

Being a gang leader I know a lot about drugs, how you use them and what they do. This was a mild one that works by being inhaled in. After knocking me out they probably made me inhale some of it, so I didn't cause trouble on the way to the destination, not that it really helped but still, I'll give them credit for trying.

I quickly applied some on the napkins and without smelling it and held it in front of their faces for a few seconds. I needed them to both be passed out. One because I didn't want the man to get help quickly, so this will have him laying here for a while which gives me some time to get away. I know what you're thinking.. just kill him.. but I can't, not that I don't want to, but I don't have a silencer and someone could be around and hear this and cops can be alarmed. Also someone from their gang would probably hear and come to check it out which leaves me with less time to run away. Two I was taking the kid back with me.

I quickly searched the man for the car keys he drove. When I found them I carried the kid and hurried to the car before I get caught. I started the car and drove a away a bit. Just so if some members saw us I should have lost them, not that I think anyone did. I stopped after a bit and made sure to tie his hands with the rope I was just tied with. I continued driving and remembered my brother. f**k he might be on his way with backup. I quickly took the watch out and called him.

"Alex?!" He yelled sounding really worried

"Hey, listen I haven't got much battery left but I'm fine I'll explain everything later I was taken by two men, but I got away just if you have someone in the area send them to me" I said

"Are you okay? I'm on my way to you" He replied.

"Yeah but just turn back if you haven't come far. I'm really fine and on my way to the safe house" I said

He sighed in relief  "But w-what how?"... He could barely speak and genuinely sounded worried. "How did you get away, have you got a car or something?"

"Yeah, don't worry I borrowed one of theirs for now" I smiled. "Just that I don't really know what way I'm going" I said trying to read the sign, but I was going way too fast.

"Are you far from where they stopped?" Alessandro asked

"Yeah, I drove pretty quickly and drugged their men I should be fine, but I have to stop to check my location. Just go to the nearest safe house, I'm going there as soon as I know where I am" I said

"Okay, but you keep driving in case someone's after you" He said

"Yeah okay I will, call you later little brother" I said hanging up.

I quickly pulled up the GPS on the screen in the car, I was going the right way and I know that there was a safehouse less than an hour away, but I was afraid that there might be a tracker in the car. So I had to hurry to the safe house and get them to get rid of this car.
