Whatever it takes

Chapter 13

PARKER'S POV 

Almost another week had gone by and it was our final week in school, we graduate on Friday. I was a little worried about Alexa, ever since she’d thrown up last week she’s distanced herself from me. She was moody and snappy, she pushed me away whenever I pulled her into my arms. I’ve asked numerous times what was wrong and each time she brushed me off with she’s a lot on her mind....I wasn’t buying it at all. 

Glancing at her staring out the window in a daze I roughly pulled the car into the side of the road, I’d had enough of this. She grabbed the dash and snapped her head to me, “what the hell Parker!?” she yelled. “I can’t do this anymore Alex! You need to tell me what’s going on! All week your pushing me away, you’re snapping at me for nothing, you’re barely eating. We’re not moving from here until you tell me what has you like this!” I yelled back. 

She looked away from me, “I told you I was fine that I was worrying about my dad and graduation.” “Stop lying to me!” I yelled and punched the steering wheel, “stop f*****g lying Alex! I know you! I know there’s something going on!” She closed her eyes and sighed deeply, glancing at me she looked down at her fingers, “I haven’t gotten my period,” she mumbled so low that if I wasn’t a wolf I don’t think I would have heard her.  

I wasn’t expecting her to say that, that thought never even crossed my mind. Blowing out a deep breath I sat back in my seat trying to calm myself, “how late are they?” I asked. She shrugged and looked out the window, “a few days, maybe four.” “Babe,” I sighed and reached out for her hand, “why didn’t you tell me? Why would you keep that from me? We could have dealt with it together.” 

“I was scared,” she sniffed back. Moving my hand I slid my fingers under her chin and turned her head so she was looking at me, “scared of what baby?” I asked softly. “Of you, your reaction, the whole idea of being pregnant, what our parents would say,” she whimpered. Pulling off my belt I reached over and undid hers, pulling her onto my lap I wrapped my arms around her, “Alex you never need to be afraid of me babe, I love you, we can get through anything if we do it together. You should have come to me the moment it popped into your head, you’re under a lot of stress and we’ve been through a lot. They could be delayed because of that. After school I’m gonna go to the pharmacy and get you a test, it’ll put both our minds at ease.” 

She titled her head and looked up at me, “will you be mad if I am?” I smiled and slid my hand onto her cheek, “having a baby with you will be the best thing in the world.....a little me and you,” I murmured and kissed her. 

ALEXA'S POV 

After a little make out session we pulled into the school parking lot, it was our last few days here so no real school work was being done. Graduation and prom were underway and the school was busy with people everywhere decorating the halls and the gym where the prom would be in three days time. Graduation would be held on the football field on Friday so the grass was being cut and equipment was being removed. 

I looked up at Parker and smiled as his hand slid into mine, “you feeling better now babe?” He asked as we walked along the hall. “Yeah, I’m sorry I was so bad last week, I should have said something, my mind was in overdrive. I was picturing you screaming at me or leaving me,” I replied. He whirled me to face him and dropped his hands to my waist pulling me closer, “I’ll never leave you Alex, you’re stuck with me forever.” I smile widely and stood up on my toes, “forever sounds good,” I mumbled and kissed him. 

We broke apart at a scoff behind us, turning my head I rolled my eyes at Dionne standing there with her arms folded sending me daggers, “can we help you?” “Yeah, you could go jump off a cliff,” she snarled and looked at Parker, “I can’t believe you’re still doing this, you belong with me Parker you know you do. We’re perfect together, I’d make a great Luna, better than this thrash,” she said bitterly and looked me up and down. 

I went to take a step towards her when Parker squeezed my hips and stepped in front of me, “I belong with the love of my life and that is Alexa,” he growled and took slow steps towards her. “I’d sooner give up my Alpha title than have you as Luna, I warned you Dionne, if you said anything else about Alexa or even looked at her you’d be in trouble, so,” he said and waved his hand. 

I looked to see where he was waving and saw two of the school guards walk towards him, “to the cells you go,” he growled and looked at the men. “Take her to the cells, she’s disrespected your future Luna for the last time,” he said and grabbed my hand. As he pulled me by her I couldn’t help but laugh at the stunned look on her face, she was that stunned she hadn’t even said anything as we walked by. 

“No! No! You can’t do this to me!” she screamed as they dragged her away. “I’ll get even for this Parker! Mark my words! Alexa you b***h! You’re dead! DEAD!” She screeched. At those last words Parker stopped and a loud roar left his throat causing everyone, including me to jump. He turned quickly and stalked back to her, “did you just threaten to hurt my mate!?” he yelled. 

Dionne knew she’d overstepped the mark and looked down at the floor, Parker stepped into her space and yanked her head up by the hair, “I asked you a question!” he hissed through gritted teeth. I better calm him or all hell would break loose, “Parker just let them take her to the cells, don’t listen to what she said,” I said and put my hand on his back. He growled and shoved her away from him, “get her out of my face!” he snarled and pulled me down the hall quickly. 

PARKER'S POV 

 I was furious, absolutely furious, I don’t think I’d ever been this angry in my life. Storming into the bathrooms I let the door bounce off the wall, “get out!” I hissed at the couple making out by one of the stalls. They both took one look at me and scurried out the door without a word. Alexa hurried in and closed the door, locking it she started to walk towards me “don’t, I’m so mad right now....just stay over there.” 

“Parker,” she sighed, “it was an empty threat, she wouldn’t have the guts to hurt me.” “She threatened to kill you Alex! If you hadn’t stepped in I would have ripped her f*****g throat out!” I yelled. She sighed heavily and started to look around the bathroom, “you know,” she said making me look at her, “this is where you first kissed me," she said and nodded towards the sink. “Always knew you wanted to f**k me Parker,” she giggled. 

I couldn’t help but laugh and shake my head at her as I remembered our conversation that same morning. Turning to face her I smirked back at her, “you loved it, always knew you wanted to kiss me Alex,” I teased back. This woman could calm me down in seconds. She giggled and closed the distance between us, “only one problem though....we didn’t get to finish,” she murmured and shoved me back into the sink before her lips were on mine. Grabbing her ass I lifted her onto my hips and turned us so she was at the sink. Dropping her onto it I stepped between her legs, “Let’s finish it so,” I mumbled and slid my hands under her skirt. 

Grabbing her underwear I slid it down slowly, her hands dropped to my jeans and fiddled with the buttons. Sliding my hands around her back I pulled her forward, “I love you babe,” I murmured and kissed her as I slid into her. She moaned into my mouth and locked her fingers in my hair, “love you too baby,” she mumbled against me and locked her legs around me. “You’re perfect in every way, I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life with you,” I whispered. 

DIONNE'S POV 

I sat in the cells more angrier than ever, how dare he do this to me! How dare he leave me here all day! The only person I’d seen since I was humiliated and dragged from school was a guard with some food. I was chained by enchanted chains so even if I tried some magic it wouldn’t work. I looked towards the stairs as I heard the door open followed by multiple footsteps. Alpha Warren appeared followed by his Beta, Parker and then Alexa. I rolled my eyes as my dad appeared behind her. I said nothing and waited for someone else to speak first. 

“Threats to your Luna present or future are punishable by death Dionne did you know that?” Warren spoke. Thinking of any way I could get out of here I turned on my best innocent face and looked up at him, “I’m so sorry Alpha, I was upset and angry I don’t know what I was saying, I didn’t mean it,” I mumbled. He sighed and looked to Parker, “are you happy to release her and leave it at this?” 

He nodded and looked at me, “if she apologises to Alex and promises to leave me alone.” “Dionne,” my dad said and nodded towards Alexa. I growled to myself and looked over at that skanky b***h, “I’m sorry Alexa, today I went too far, I’m sorry I won’t bother either of you again.” She nodded her head and looked up at Parker, he glared at me before sliding his hand into hers, “see that you don’t, next time you say anything to her I’ll kill you,” he growled and pulled her away up the stairs. 

The cell door opened and Beta Jake undid my chains, “you’re free to go, see to it that you stick to your word. I nodded and rubbed my wrists as I walked out, “thank you Alpha,” I said and bowed my head before hurrying up the stairs, my dad right behind me. 

As soon as we were outside he grabbed me and whirled me to face him, “you embarrass me like this? In front of the Alpha?” he growled and slapped me across the face. I was used to this and so much more, I didn’t even react I just stared at the ground. He grabbed my arm and started to pull me towards the car, “you’ll pay for this, oh how you’ll f*****g pay,” he hissed and shoved me in. 

Getting to our house he pushed me through the front door and down into the kitchen. Along the way I tried to use a spell, any spell, just something that would give me a few seconds to escape. It didn’t work, then it occurred to me that the effects of the enchanted chains mustn’t have worn off yet. “Place your hands on the counter,” he growled. I did as he said, then an idea sprang to mind. This was gonna be the last time he ever did this to me, may as well get some fun out of it. 

“You’re a bad girl Dionne,” he said into my ear before he pushed me down onto the counter, “bad girls get punished,” he added and lifted my skirt. Hearing him fiddle with his belt buckle I gripped the edge of the counter, one last time, I can get through this. His hands slid onto my hips and his tip poked at me, I closed my eyes tight as he slid into me roughly, “aww yes,” he groaned as he started to move. 

Pushing my ass back I moaned out loudly, “harder daddy! Punish me!” He went still for a moment, his grip tightened on my hips before he leaned over me, “what did you say?” he murmured as he thrust in hard. “Harder daddy! Punish me harder!” I cried. I gasped as he started to slam into me, “f**k yes Dionne! Daddy is gonna punish you good and hard!” he panted. 

I smirked and pushed my ass back again, “aww daddy! Yes!” He groaned loudly and leaned over me again, “daddy is gonna punish you hard every god damn day!” he growled and slammed harder into me while griping my neck tight, “aww f**k! Aww Dionne! f**k!” he yelled as he came. And to my surprise, I did too “Yes daddy! Yes! Oh god!” I cried out. 

Before you all get judgemental, he’s my stepdad and my mom is an alcoholic who's never around, he takes care of me, so I’m stuck with him. 

Pulling out of me he whirled me to face him, grinning he lowered his head, “that was A one Dionne,” he murmured and slammed his lips to mine. As soon as I kissed him back he growled and lifted me up onto the counter groaning as he slid into me again....how was he hard again so soon? 

“You’re mine now Dionne, I’m the only one that gets to f**k you. I’m the only one that’ll have my tongue deep inside you! Mine! f*****g mine!” he yelled as he slammed into me. “Yes daddy! All yours! Aww don’t stop!” I panted as he banged me to the counter....may as well make the most of it.

ALEXA'S POV 

The next evening I lay on the bed just staring at the ceiling, Parker had gone off to do something with Aaron giving me an hour to myself. Callie and Lucas had both called to arrange something but I lied and said I was busy here. 

Letting out a heavy sigh I heaved myself off the bed and wandered into the bathroom. Going to the sink I pulled the top drawer open and stared down at the pregnancy test Parker had gotten me yesterday. I still hadn’t worked up the nerve to do it yet and thankfully Parker wasn’t pushing me to take it. 

There were so many thoughts running through my head, how did I feel about being pregnant? Did I even want to be pregnant? I’d just turned eighteen, Parker and I weren’t even together that long, did that even matter when I knew my life was with him? How would our parents react? Would I be a good mom? 

I jumped slightly as arms came around my waist and lips pressed to my neck, “overthinking again babe?” Parker murmured and kissed my neck again. Closing the drawer I leaned back into him, “yes,” I muttered. He sighed and kissed my neck again, “you’re working yourself up Alex, I know you want to wait until you’re ready but I think you should do it now and put your mind at ease before you drive yourself crazy.” 

“How are you so calm about this? Why aren’t you freaking out? We’re eighteen Parker, we have plans, dreams to follow,” I rambled. He kissed my neck once more and turned me to face him, “my dreams are to be with you for the rest of my life. To show you every day how much I love you, to settle down and have kids with you and to run this pack together. I love you so much Alex, a baby will only give me more to love.” 

I couldn’t help the tears that welled in my eyes, “I love you too baby, more than you’ll ever know, my life is complete with you in it,” I whimpered and kissed him hard. As it heated up he started to lead me back towards the bed, laying me back he crawled up over me and started to slide my shirt up. Lowering his head he planted kisses all over my stomach and made his way up towards my boobs. “Parker,” I groaned out as his tongue dipped into my bra. 

Sitting up a little I pulled my shirt off and flung it away, grabbing his shirt I pulled it up and over his head before tossing it away. He leaned in and kissed me deeply as I pulled at his jeans and his hands worked on my shorts. As soon as all clothes were gone he wasted no time in pushing me back onto the bed and hovering over me, “Alex, f**k babe,” he groaned out in pleasure as he started off slow. 

 His head dropped to my neck as he gained speed and nipped along my collarbone, as soon as he got to my marking spot I moaned out loudly as his teeth grazed it. A rush I’d never felt before ran through me as he nipped at it again harder, “mark me,” I moaned out, “Parker mark me!” I cried desperately.

 “Aww f**k babe!” he panted and slammed into me harder, gripping me tighter he licked my spot a few times before his teeth sunk into me and OH MY GOD! It was the best feeling in the world. “Parker! Oh god! Yes! Parker!” I cried out and gripped his neck as I came hard and a new surge of energy shot through me like a lightning bolt. 

He rolled us and kissed me hard, “mark me babe, aww f**k, mark me now!” he panted as I moved faster. Dropping my head to his neck I licked it a few times before sinking my teeth into his neck. “Aww baby! f**k! f**k! Alex!” he yelled and held my head keeping me in place as he came too. “I love you baby,” was the last thing I heard before I dropped on top of him more exhausted than ever before. 

PARKER'S POV 

 Alex hadn’t moved in about twenty minutes and I was happy enough to leave her there. When she marked me I felt a surge of power and energy run through me like fire and man was it the best feeling ever. I know it only happened a few minutes ago but I felt more protective of her already , more connected to her and more in love with her than ever before. 

Wrapping my arms tight around her I kissed her on the head, “you okay baby?” I whispered. “Hhm,” she mumbled back, “I feel amazing Parker,” she added and lifted her head, “I feel different, like more energetic and alive or something.” I chuckled and kissed her sweetly, “me too babe, but I must warn you, the possessive side of me is gonna get worse, I feel it already.” 

She smiled and leaned up to me, “I love you,” she murmured and kissed me. Rolling her onto her back I deepened it and pulled back, looking at my mark I smiled widely, it was already starting to set. The black crescent half moon and stars were already forming like a beautiful tattoo. Running my fingers over it I looked back at her, “the Alpha’s mark,” I said with pride. 

She looked at her mark on me and ran her fingers over it, “my mark looks so sexy on you.” Smiling I lowered my head, “you look sexy on me,” I growled playfully and kissed her. She pulled back and looked up at me, “can we wait until after graduation to do the test?” nodding I kissed her sweetly and rolled off her, “if that’s what you want, it’s only a few more days, I can wait.” 

She rolled over and lay on my chest, "did you get your suit for prom tomorrow?” “yeah, I picked it up on the way back it’s in the closet,” I replied and brought my arm down around her, “you all set?” “Yeah, my dress is in Jade’s room so you don’t see it,” she giggled. I chucked and pressed my lips to her head, “bet you’re gonna look sexy as hell, can’t wait to see you in it."

We lay in silence for a few minutes before she lifted her head, “do you want to go for a small run then come back here and make a pizza? We could watch a movie or something.” “Sure babe, do you wanna run down by the lake or through the woods?” I asked as we rolled out of the bed. “How about both?” she giggled as she picked up her clothes. “Both it is,” I smiled and pulled on my own clothes. 

I couldn’t wait for this prom tomorrow, not only would I have the most beautiful girl in the world on my arm, I had a big surprise for her too. 

“Come on slow coach!” she yelled as she walked out the door. “Slow coach?” I yelled and ran after her, as soon as she heard me catching up to her she squealed and ran down the stairs. Getting near the bottom I wrapped my arm around her waist and pulled her back against me, “got you baby,” I murmured and bit her neck playfully. She giggled and pulled away from me, “come on before we don’t even make it out the door.” 

“Race ya!” I yelled like a big child and ran by her out the front door, she laughed loudly and ran after me, “oh you'll be eating dust Adams!” she yelled as she overtook me......man I love this woman so damn much.
