Kharisi was furious, how could anyone in his right mind kill innocent people blaming them for using magic yet he was the one who was practicing magic. Stories were told of how he had forbidden them to shift randomly, the werewolves in Grundolf were only allowed to shift during a full moon. He allowed them to go for a run only on that day and practice their nature but at the start of the following day it was a crime to shift into your wolf. The only people allowed to shift were the guards who were on patrol, only because it was prudent for them to be in their wolf form during patrols. So many things happening in Grundolf were meant to keep a whole race in submission but what they had no idea was, Rudolf was hiding from his true nature.
