Chapter 18Not that there was anything wrong with David, but when Jesse and JT emerged from the library, bleary-eyed and quiet, Gideon was more than willing to call it a night and take Jesse off to the guest bedroom they’d been granted. He was starving, but the last thing he could do was announce to David that he was going to eat. Plus, the longer he sat in the living room watching television with the man, the better David smelled.
