Third POV The enemy fighters crashed against their defenses like waves crashing against a cliff, doing whatever it takes to bring it down. Damon led the charge in his black wolf form, ripping through shadow creatures with savagery that never stopped to surprise Sophie. She fought beside him, her golden energy slicing through the night like arrows on fire. Lucas remained deep underground in the reinforced bunker, protected by their most loyal warriors.
