My Alpha is my enemy

Chapter 3

Chapter 3:

It had been a whole year of glory and bloom in the cross blood clan as they had conquered other werewolf clans and was basically ruling the whole territory of the werewolves except for the red zone clan who had proven stubborn in being totally conquered.

Alpha Jetta was a werewolf who seek immense power and worked hard with his army to overthrow every other clan. Their had been series, of different werewolves killed and other werewolves taken as slaves into their own clan for their own benefit. There was a war which occurred sometime ago between the cross blood clan and another werewolf clan which resulted in the defeated clan being massacred .

Screams of pain could be heard even from miles away. It was during this m******e Alpha Jetta finds Luna Lydia who was extremely beautiful in her clan. Every Alpha male in her clan had desired her. Alpha Jetta was captivated by Luna Lydia looks and decided to get her for himself. He returns to his clan and decides to get married to her even though she was just in her teen years. On the day of the ceremony Luna Lydia displays herself amongst the other werewolf clan to show how beautiful she is to other members of the clan who confirms that she is indeed an epitome of beauty. Two years after

their marriage, Luna Lydia gets pregnant and it fills the heart of Alpha Jetta with so much joy that he throws a flamboyant party for the whole world to see his Alpha child who came from his own loins. Alpha Luciano had never known any form of pain since his birth but as a little werewolf he had always contemplated why his father had a war with another clan. He despised the sight of seeing other clan werewolves serve as slaves. He grows into a matured Alpha werewolf and observes his father's uncontrollably desire for power. In every raid his father exploits other clans excessively leaving them in ruins. One morning Alpha Luciano wakes up to discover that his mother Luna Lydia is sick.

"Get me my son," Luna Lydia orders one of the slaves who immediately obeyed.

When Alpha Luciano walked into the room he went to were his mother laid in a bad state of health.

"My son" Luna Lydia whispers, she had lost her voice and was looking older than her age unlike the mother Alpha Luciano knew when he was growing up. His mother's beauty was a sight to behold by so many but what he could see now was only a fading figure of his mother.

"I have something to tell you" Luna Lydia speaks.

"What is it mother"?, Alpha Luciano spoke with tears that seem not to fall off from his eyelids.

"I would like to tell you a story but promise me you would listen attentively." Luna Lydia tells Alpha Luciano slowly.

"Ok mother, please kindly continue."

Luna Lydia clears her throat and then continues her story.

"A long time ago, I was born in another werewolf clan a little bit far away from this clan, i had lovely werewolf members who showered me with so much love and attention that I would never forget as it would always remain as a beautiful memory to me.

It all started with a loud sound of gunshots from another werewolf clan which every werewolf clan was aware invaded every clan in the territory, every werewolf in my clan feared that they had come to their doom". At this point Luna Lydia slightly coughs and demands for water, because there was no cup of water placed anywhere in the room. Alpha Luciano gets up to go get it himself.

He came back few minutes later with the cup of water in his hands which he offers to Luna Lydia who drinks the cup of water hurriedly. She clears her throat and continues her story.

" I had always thought of how to tell you this when the day comes and I hope you will understand the reason behind my actions."

" I will mother", Alpha Luciano replies smiling.

" I had always, thought of having a happy family when I had gotten into my teen years as my parents who were members of my clan had a lovely home, but I had never expected for it to manifest so early."

" That night when the gunshots didn't seem to end I hid under a tent hoping that I would be safe but I guess the gods had failed me."

"A war erupted and my clan members, had lost to the war.

It took us two days to get here and be amongst the cross blood clan."

" It didn't take too long for the cross blood clan to put the werewolves from my clan as slaves to their own clan members."

"I was already in love with one of my clan members who had showed me genuine care and assured me of my safety ".

"Then Alpha Jetta your supposed father ordered that I be gotten for him as he desired me, I felt broken within me but nevertheless I had none of my clan members here with me as they had all being murdered."

"I had an affair with my lover even after I got married to your supposed father Alpha Jetta. My lover was one of the slaves who had been falsely accused by one of the guards of the cross blood clan of stealing from the warehouse of the cross blood clan palace."

"He was sentenced to death, when i got pregnant for my lover i told no one and pretended that Alpha Jetta got me pregnant."

" He is not your real father son, but I want you to keep it as a secret."

" Promise me you would always act as the heir apparent to the throne, Alpha Jetta is a wicked werewolf who is overly ambitious for power." Luna Lydia ends her speech why Alpha Luciano looks at her pitifully but was surprised as to hear that the man he had known almost all his life as his father was only a representative of a father figure in his life. He turned towards his mother and replied.

"I promise you mother, I would never tell anyone." Luna Lydia smiles and lays back into her bed with peace in her mind.
