Jon greeted Dr. Parrish and right away recognized the young woman in the back of the room as an FBI agent from the Operation in Pandora’s Cave last year. She sat at a small desk, apparently working on grades.
Jon nodded toward her. “Isn’t that—?”
Parrish cut him off. “My new student teacher, Ms. Morgen Rollins. She’ll be observing my classes for the rest of the semester.” Parrish made an obvious wink at Jon, who figured everybody in the room probably noticed.
