Innocence Lost

Tommy bought Nia sleeping pants, T-shirts, undergarments and dresses, she thought he was over doing it but he kept insisting and told her she can leave them at his home, he planned on slowly moving her in and the thought of having Nia as a girlfriend made him smile, he had planned for the perfect night for them before he'd ask her out, he made reservations and picked up dress shirts, pants for himself.

Night came and Tommy told Nia to get dressed, wear something nice.

Nia

"where are we going?"

Tommy

"its a surprise"

Nia put on the white casual dress she'd pick out from the store and wear the heels he bought her, the V cut on the dress complimented her body, her hair fell over wavy and so soft.

Tommy

"you're beautiful"

Tommy had black dress pants on and a red button up dress shirt, he wore a black tie with it,

he reached his hand out and asked Nia if she was ready, outside was a vehicle already waiting , the weather was gorgeous and Nia was excited.

as they sat looking at the view of downtown, the lights and felt the breeze come in from the window Tommy put his hand on Nia's thigh, she moved as it made her feel uncomfortable, Tommy's hand followed and he placed it on her thigh again, Nia looked at him but didn't say anything.

They pulled up to John Hancock building in downtown Chicago, he'd made reservations for the signature room on the 95th floor, the view was amazing but Tommy was drinking quite a bit, shot of whiskey one after another, he ordered Nia's shot for her as well, they ate and while waiting for dessert he asked her

Tommy

"So what are we"

Nia

"Where are you going with this Tom?

Tommy

"We've been hanging out for a while, I want you"

Nia

"s*x?"

Tommy

"More than s*x"

Nia

"Are you asking me out?"

Tommy nodded his head yes and awaited Nia's response

Nia

"I like you alot, but I'm scared"

Tommy

"Ok"

Tommy ordered twice the amount of drinks, they got their dessert but the two had lost their appetite, he called for a driver for them, they got back to Tommy's home and as she walked in towards the master bathroom Tommy said

"Would it have been different if I just said yes to s*x only? Is that what you do? Look for f**k buddies and not wanna be in a committed relationship?"

Tommy was drunk and he went on saying

" I'll f**k you really hard if that's what you want? I'll give you some good as d**k, you want me to treat you like a w***e? Cause you're sure acting like one, you won't date me but you'll spend the night for the whole weekend? It's cause you wanna get dicked down?"

Nia was offended, she didn't want to jump into a relationship nor did she have any intentions of having s*x while she stayed the weekend, she wanted to know him more without realizing she gave off the wrong signs, Nia wanted to take things slow as she did start developing feelings for Tommy but was so used to getting disappointed and being hurt, after the words that came out of Tommy's mouth she was heart broken and knew there was a reason why she did not rush into it.

She tried leaving after how he spoke to her, Tommy grabbed her by her hair as she walked past and threw her towards the floor, she tried pushing him away as he walked over and he grabbed her by her neck, pulled her closer to him whispering "you're a lot smaller than me, you really wanna put up a fight" she scratched his face with her right hand and he head butted her, she started screaming "let me go" he covered her mouth quickly and moved her over to the bed, she kicked but couldn't get it close enough to his nuts, she tried prying his hand off her mouth, he let her go but not to stop.

This turned into a sick game for Tommy and the s****l thoughts made him even harder he watched to see her next move with a grin, Nia jetted for the door only to get grabbed by the back of her dress, he then pushed her towards the wall and leaned up against her back, "you fuckin sicko" Nia screamed and he put his hand over her mouth again.

"Try harder" he whispered in her ear, she felt sick to her stomach, she knew she wasn't getting away, tears ran down her face and Tommy moved her back to the bed, he had a tight grasp on her, he clenched his jaw and pushed her face into the mattress.

Nia's phone started ringing and he stopped to wait for the ringing to stop only for it to ring again back to back, he got off of Nia and dragged her by her hair to retrieve her phone

"Unlock it" Tommy demanded

Nia

"Why"

Tommy slapped her

"Unlock your fuckin phone"

Nia

"No"

He grabbed her and bit her face, Nia let out a scream and tears ran down her face.

Tommy

"I can keep going"

Nia cried, she didn't respond and the anger in Tommy's eyes set in, Tommy grabbed her, pushed her to the bed, got on top of her and started punching her nose, eyes, mouth 5 times he'd hit her, her face was bloody, she spit at him and that was bloody, blood all over his shirt, blood all over her dress, he reached lower ripping her black laced panties.

Nia

"Noooooo"

She hit him back and kicked him, this time she got him in his stomach but it only angered him, as he jumped up she backed up on the bed and lunges for the door, she crawled towards it, adjusting herself to get up but was too late, he grabbed her leg and pulled her towards him, he than grabbed the collar part of her dress and ripped it.

Nia

"Stop, please stop" (she screamed from the top of her lungs)

Tommy looked at her, he saw the fear and tears fall down the side of her face.

Nia

"Please"

He was no longer drunk, he looked at her in shock, she was so bloody, her lips were busted and clothes torn, she was so helpless and afraid, Tommy backed up as he teared up, speechless he stared at her, "how could I do this, look at her" he thought to himself, he watched Nia slowly get up off the floor and she inched closer to the door, he knew he couldn't let her leave no not with her face like that and clothes ripped, he ran towards the bedroom door pushing it shut.

Nia stood still, "I won't tell anyone" she looked up at him

But he said not one word.

Tommy

"I'm not gonna hit you again but I can't let you leave"

Nia put her head down

Nia

"Ok"

Tommy

"Sit on the bed please, I'm not gonna hit you or hurt you"

Nia walked over to his bed and sat, Tommy grabbed rope from underneath his bed "sit comfortably" Nia sat with her back resting on the headboard, she knew what he was going to do.

He tied her to his bed so she would not be able to leave, he listened to her sob quietly but he had to.

Tommy

"Whats the code to your phone"

Nia

"The date I first met you"

Tommy teared up, "why?"

Nia

"I was starting to fall in love with you"

The room filled with silence after her answer.

he proceeded to get towels, wet them to clean her face up, it stung Nia as he wiped the blood, her eye was clearly going to bruise bad, her mouth had cuts and was still bleeding and she had a gash on her head made from him punching her, his ring must have cut her, the blood from her nose bleed dried up, Nia did not want to look at him as he cleaned her up.

Tommy

"can you message whoever called you and tell them you're fine?"

Nia looked at him with disgust, he started to take her dress off as he had one of his t-shirt to put on her "stop, I can do it myself" she said in a disgusted tone, she was angry that not only did he beat her, attempt to r**e her but now she can't even leave, Tommy than tried putting one of his basketball shorts on her and she kicked away "I said I can put it on myself"

Tommy

"can you stop with the attitude"

she was in disbelief as to he'd expect for her not to hold Amy type of grudge, resentment, she didn't bother responding.

Tommy looked at her, hugged her as that was the only thing he could think of doing and again she pushed him off her "Tom please just stop" her voice trembling and she started sobbing again.

he was frustrated as he so wanted badly to be with her "I just wanted you to be mine" he said to her and she didn't reply, "just so you know...I'm sleeping on that bed with you tonight" he slammed his door as he walked out leaving Nia in his room alone.
