THIRTY THREE ; The Restaurant MELINDA My heels clicked against marble floors as I entered. The restaurant was small, intimate, with maybe fifteen tables total. Soft lighting, fresh flowers on every surface, the quiet murmur of conversation from the few other diners. Then I saw him.
