THE VISIT

# JAY'S POV

Next morning i didn't get ready for school . I saw both my parents at the lobby .

" Jay , why aren't you ready for school?" My Dad asked me with a serious expression which had hurt and sympathy but tried to act cool. Well dad you can't hide from me.

" I'm sorry dad i decided to take an off today . I think i really need it ." i spoke qhere i sounded begging him . I guess he understood .

" You wanna talk about yesterday to us honey ?" At my moms statement i just burst out crying kneeling down . Mom came and hugged me and helped me get up . My dad was about to run to me but decided to settle down on a seat next to me. I love my parents , their always there to give me strength . " It wa..was Ethan mom . i . i ".

"Its ok hun , ssshhh calm down , calm downnn ok ?" My dad consoled me patting my shoulders.

"Listen to me hun , we spoke to them yesterday , both me and your dad . Your dad spoke to him in anger . " I looked over at dad and he had an angry look already . And he replied " well a boy is supposed to treat girls with respect and what he did is totally unforgivable . "

" Mr. Williams you better watch your tone or you sleep on the couch for a week ." My dad just gawked at her with his hands in the air, which made me giggle softly .

" Hun , listen to me , i know what you went through is not something that could be taken lightly . You react where you're supposed to react . You should probably start doing that slowly . But as for yesterdays matter , i spoke to Mar..Ethan . And i have a feeling he is truly regretting what he did . Don't get me wrong i'm not taking his side . But he even corrected it by keeping bullies away from you ." What i wasn't bullied till today because of him . And Henry's nose ..OH MY GOSH !

" He really wants you to forgive him , you both were waiting for each other for all these years . And i knew that you were waiting to meet him , when i saw that chain on your neck the other day . I'm not insisting you on giving him a second chance . But , do think about it . You can make it tough for him , if you don't wanna make it soon."

i heard dad interrupt " i object what you just said . You realize i have a gun right ?"

" And i have a knife in my hands now ." my mom fought back . I laughed this time . They suit each other .

# MARCUS POV

" Ok big foot , we are all gonna visit Jay and her parents . Don't you dare screw s**t ."

" Ok first YOU'VE GOTTA STOP CALLING ME THAT s**t !, second i'll try my best not to screw up . i wont promise s**t ."

" First , you better watch you f**king tone , second i don't care if you try or not just talk to her and sort it out so i get to meet her too."

" Bossy much ?"

" you've no idea , m actually waiting to meet the wonder girl .?"

" the f**k is with all those names ."

We saw mom and dad approaching us all ready . " YOU! i want to meet the girl who made my son crazy for past few years searching for her or you don't get food today ." Ok moms weird i get that .

" I go with your mom son ." dad you too?!

" What's with everyone being bossy today .?"

Then Dad came close to me " Son please sort it out , i really wanna sleep peacefully today ." TF!? Thrn they all walked to the car . " Marc get your ass over here " And that's when i snapped out. Knowing that's mom, yea that's my cue.

So all the four of us drove to her house . I'm sure a hell nervous but i gotta do this . I really need her .

Did i just say need her ?.

When we reached my sister knew i would start panicking . Even if i was known as a tough guy outside , my family knew at what point i would go weak . And i guess the locket and Jay both are my weakness.

I know its weird for some . Anyway , when we knocked on the door Mr. Williams opened it for us .

" Good morning , may i help you ?"

" Good morning Mr. Williams i'm an old friend of Jay and here is my sister and my parents . He was confused i don't know why but he did invite us in . We seated ourselves comfortably on the sofa . As Mrs. Williams walked towards us Jay's dad started talking " i'm sorry to ask but , she hasn't mentioned about any friend of hers to us . Are you sure your here to meet the right person.?"

" She doesn't have to mention about me, you know me too Mr. William ." i spoke up looking into his eyes .

" I'm sorry i didn't understand ."

" Ethan " and i showed him the chain . His eyes grew big as well as Mrs. Williams . They were in utter shock . Mrs. Williams dashed towards me and hugged . " How have you been son ?" . Actually i was shocked by her reaction . I'm sure she's gonna be very upset after listening to the rest .

My mom told my mom the rest of the history . And Mrs. Williams told me mom " please call me Lynn ."

" Audrey " my mom responded . They smiled . I know they were gonna be good friends .

" You've been adopted by the powerful Carson industries?" OH MY!"

" Nice to meet you Mr. William " my Dad introduced himself .

" Oh you can call me Derek ."

" Carter " he introduced again .

" What about you beautiful girl , can i get your sweet name?" Mrs. Williams asked my sister

" Melina "

" Beautiful name " she cooed

"Mmhmmm.Actually Mrs. William" i was interrupted " No , no Lynn , son."

" Sorry .. ah Lynn .. i would like to confess something to both of you ." They furrowed their eyebrows.

And i told them Everything from the start till the end . Screw you Mely.

" YOU! you did that to my daughter."

" Hun , calm down . We can talk properly ."

" You want me to calm down , inspite of seeing her in that kinda state ." i looked over at dad and mom and my sister .

" Don't look at us , the man's right . Face it ." My sister said shrugging . I thought the plan included defending me . Though i know i cannot be defended for this .

" Eth...Marcus can i talk to you in private ." She insisted so we walked to the dining hall. Even though this house was not as big as mine i loved it . As we settled , i looked back and my Dad was trying to convince her dad . I'm at peace now .

" Marcus , Now , I'm not at all happy , in fact i'm extremely disappointed in you . I'm gonna need sometime to process all of this and so is Derek . Now , i'm gonna talk about Jay . She's been waiting from the time we found out you moved out of the orphanage . She hoped you would find her . She had so much to tell you. Jay has no friends at all , The one she had betrayed her . Sandra . And that girl even started all these bullying stuffs ." That b**ch needs to stay away from Jay , i thought to myself .

" I want you two to sort it out , i'll take sometime to forgive you so will Derek . I'm not promising anything about Jay . But i can see the desperation and guilt in your eyes . Just talk to her . I'll try to deal with Derek . " I was satisfied if not fully happy . I literally wanted to hug her but i refrained from doing so. " Thank you so very much Lynn. I promise to be good to her ." , she nodded and i stormed to her room .

AFTER THE SCENE WHICH HAPPENED IN JAY'S ROOM ( PREVIOUS CHAPTER )

HURT... 1 word, 4 letters . It has the most powerful meaning and effect . That's all i felt when she slammed the door on my face . Her questions kept repeating in my head . "what have i ever done to you" ." wasn't school enough?" .." GET OUT !" and i shut my eyes just for a tear to fall of my eye .

But what hurt me the most is " i can never forgive you " .

I didn't know i reached the last step downwards and everyone was literally staring at me . My sister signed telling me i had red eyes . They all gave a sympathetic look except for her dad who had a fierce one . I don't blame him for it , I deserve it .

Lynn came upto me saying " Don't worry i'll talk to her in the morning ." I just nodded . No words dared to come out of my mouth in that state . We headed outside . Nobody spoke on the way back. Surprisingly even my sister . But one thing is for sure now since i have found Jay.

I'm never gonna give up on her .
