"I can't believe Alder was able to get everyone in the front row." Stephanie stated as we squeezed our way into the row of seats.
"That's what happens when your brother is one of the best defensemen on the hockey team." Rylan shouted from behind me, making my eyes drift to the ice below us.
"Yeah, I owe you one Alder. You really did us a solid for Sammy's birthday this year."
I can't believe the kid is already ten.
"Anytime... seriously. Cas sends us tickets every game. They're just usually not in New York."
Looking past Stephanie, I watched as Sammy walked in front of her, holding his sister's hand tightly and guiding her to our seats. I swear he is almost as protective over Lela as I am. And she loves her brother like crazy.
