After much debating with uptight Heinemann, I am got to explore outside the walls of the palace. Funny enough, he also let me go alone, per my request. Geez, that man is so protective. Anyway, I at least must enjoy my freedom because I have a feeling that won’t be a continuous norm.                   So far I’ve been walking the streets, taking in the mixture of smells and scents lingering in the air; some breathable others… Nevertheless, a bubble of happiness grew within me as I looked around at children playing, friends cackling while sticking close to each other, animals lay waiting for the next move of their masters, and people urging people to view and buy what they have on their stalls.               All that was disrupted when someone crashed into me and I closed my eyes waiting for the fall which unexpectedly never came. Slowly, I peeked out of each eyelid until I stirred the courage to brave up and save face. Contrarily, I was mid-air and being held tight by thick, muscular, and veiny arms that belonged to a pretty, handsome male with long flowing hair. In my fright, I pushed him off me and stood up somehow. Quite a shock it was when I found his figure far off by a building while he held a puzzled expression to himself.             “Are you okay Chief?” Some guy dressed in a blue uniform with a weird looking hat concernedly ask.              Before the other could ask, I shook myself and hurriedly walked off into the busy and bustling streets for fear of getting in trouble. My heartbeat pulsed abnormally as I briskly walked along. As soon as I looked around; seeing that I was clear of them, I released a sigh and was hoping to slow down some. However, my feet weren’t complying for some reason. Yet again my heart picked up the pace and my eyebrows furrowed at my newfound predicament.          Soon after, an oncoming horse and carriage came into my sight and I gasped. Great, one day without an escort and I’m already meeting my own death. It’s as if my own body was disobeying my brain; my legs came to a halt right in the course of the horses. My whole being froze up. I pushed myself in an attempt to move but it seems there are other plans for me.          The ache inside my bones came onto me once more and someone turned me to face the horses. Suddenly, I could feel my countenance changing rapidly. I bared my neck backward. As quick as it happened I now found the fast-tracking animals within a meter of me.    “Queen!” I heard someone shout but I dared not move. The horses accelerated down and unsteadily stopped right in front of me. I mean within an extremely close range of me. Afterward, I felt my spirit calm down and I was petting the horses as if nothing had happened. I came out of my space and looked around at all the eyes watching me; one of those being Heinemann’s, who looked as if they were burning heaps of flames right now.     I watched as a tall, poker-faced male stepped out of the carriage; awefully slow. On his head he wore a silver and gold crown with weird graphics on it, going down to his read robed self with a full knee-length armor over it; bearing a lion and the sun in the center. On his feet were leather gladiator footwear. He looked about me intensely as if he was studying how to devour me.          To avoid the confrontational stares, I looked down at my hands as if they were there the most interesting things in the world. Well… My eyes widened at the fading green veins that steadily flowed until it stopped. I quickly hid my hands within my open robed piece. My head shot up when I heard, “You!” coming from a stern and deep voice. It honestly shook my heart. Instead of overbearing fear, I felt excitement?          The handsome man stomped over to me. His face injected fear into my body and my brain couldn’t register a reaction. I pulled back a bit until I was dragged behind Heinemann who managed to stop the raging bull from his tantrum. Hehe.   “My apologies, Third Prince of Mediolanum, on behalf of Her Majesty. I assure you she meant no ill.” Heinemann bowed slightly. “I’m not,” I mumbled and glared seeing this Prince glare right at me with wide eyes. Great, he has super hearing apparently.        I watched as his expression softened a tad bit however he looks like the stubborn type. Kind of like a prick that refuses to get out of someone’s skin. His expression switched in less than o.5 seconds and he displayed his cold, expressionless face. I stepped forward once more, mind you all that was hindering him from invading my space was Heinemann. All the same, I don’t know what exactly to feel as my emotions were mixed.        The moment he stepped again, a surrounding troop of soldiers from the palace stepped closer and looked ready to charge. His men following suit but in his stead.   “I’m sorry young Prince Tyrez, you are within breach of Her Majesty’s space.” “Of course.” He smiled slightly yet was the most stunning I’ve seen of all the handsome chaps here so far. “I only wish to feast my eyes upon Her Majesty. What better is it that I met her on the way to the Grand Palace? Fate isn’t it?” He gave off a satirical tone if I caught it properly.           I scoffed glaring harder at him and stepped forward while removing my hood and veil from my face. I pushed him down to his knees. He looked at me in utter shock. Afterward, he held his hand up and I furrowed my eyes until I saw his men pulling down their swords. Oh, I see. He smirked devilishly while maintaining eye contact then bowed. “…My deepest apologies, Her Majesty.” He spoke while clenching his jaw and his face withheld the seriousness within it. As if. I released my hands from him; rolling my eyes. “I could kill you within the blink of an eye,” I whispered in his ear. “Oh.” I looked on nonchalantly.           My demeanor mirrored his careless expression as I found this situation is in no way meaningful. I walked away hopping into the carriage with the assistance of the guards. “Onward!” I commanded; wanting no more than to get my afternoon beauty sleep. On looking backward, I saw the “chief” guy speaking with the prince while looking in my direction as well. I hope I don’t run into those idiots again.
