Zale was ashamed to admit it, but with everything that had been happening, he had completely forgotten about his beta’s existence till that moment.
“What the hell happened, alpha?! I was told you had arrived, but I couldn’t find you anywhere.” Lucas said, scrunching up his nose in disgust.
