It's passed a few hours and I haven't done anything beneficial but thank anyone I could thank here. Then when I was thanking a merchant and about to call quits, I see her, her eyes scanning the crowds and pushing through people trying to weave through them. She's probably looking for me, thinking I'm starting to disappear or something. She wouldn't be entirely wrong.

She gives me a warm smile and I return it back. I begin walking off just to turn around and see her thanking some of the people here. I decided on waiting there and when she finally reached me, she started off a casual conversation, what would be normal between shy friends who have no clue what to ask or to say to each other at first so they keep asking them the same questions over and over.

I can see her freeze, like she's anxious and feels horrible about what I said even though it's not her fault. Now all of a sudden the birds songs become more clearer and the constant rustle of leaves in the faint background with the noise of the lake moving rapidly.

By gone, I'd have to distant myself first or just ignore any sensitive topic with her. Maybe I can still be there but just gone spiritually.
