Emma’s POV As I’m heading to Morningstar CO, I can feel my heart quicken and butterflies erupt in my stomach. First interview jitters I guess.. I pull into the parking deck, all I see are super fancy sport cars.. compared to my 2011 Chevy Cruise, that has been beaten and abused. It really looks like I don’t belong here, but that can change! ‘Have a good outlook Emma! We got this!’ Im not sure if this pep talk is helping at all, I step out of my car and make my way to the elevator. I’ve never liked elevators, the music sucks, the possibility of getting stuck. ‘When was the last time they serviced these to make sure they were in regulation?’ Ding I’m brought out of my thoughts as I make my way to the front desk, seeing a cute light skinned man with big blue eyes. He smiles at me ‘wow this man is hot..’ “Hi ma’am, how can I help you?” His deep voice catches me off guard “Yeah hi I’m Emma Hopwood I have an interview today with Mr.Morningstar at 10:30” checking my watch ‘10:25’ “Ahh yes give me one second please” he says picking up the phone, I turn around and admire the building, high ceilings, everything in white or black. The floors are made of marble and are shining so bright I might go blind looking at them. “If you’ll please follow me Mrs.Hopwood” “Miss.Hopwood” I say correcting him “it’s just a promise ring.” Holding my hand up to show him the ring “I do apologize, right this way.” He turns around to speak to a man I didn’t notice before “I’ll be back in a couple minutes, keep an eye on the desk please Joseph” ‘every man is huge in this company..’ It seems as though they are all standing at 6’4 or better.. completely towering over my 4’10 frame.. great Robert walks ahead of me into the elevator, turning around pressing a button taking us to the top floor. I stand there silently playing with my thumbs, this part always sucks... why are there so many floors? Who needs 100 floors Overkill much? “You’ll love it here.” Robert says breaking the silence “Oh I’m not even sure I have the job yet, hopefully! This place is beautiful,” I finish with a smile his way “There’s this really good Mexican restaurant-“ he’s cut off by the beep of the elevator once again, I look up and am looking down a long hallway. Anxiety is starting to peak now, breathing out deeply closing my eyes. ‘You got this Emma, wait was he trying to ask me out on a date? Damnit’ He is ahead of me in no time, showing me to the door. Before I can say thank you he’s already in the elevator pressing a button. ‘How did he get down there so fast?’ Reaching up knocking on the door, I hear a few things fall over, then a deep growl. ‘What the?’ The door flings open and the man that stands in front of me takes my breath away, I have to look up to meet his eyes. Standing at well over 6’8, with dark brown hair and beautiful hazel eyes, perfect round lips and an amazing jawline.. ‘He looks like a Greek god... sculpted from the finest marble..’ confusion covering his face, he looks down. His eyes softened for a brief moment before a man who looks exactly like him, comes rushing over growling like an animal and his teeth are sharp, he looks like he’s out for blood.. ‘Oh no... this isn’t going to end well’ Instinctively stepping away from the threat I’m met with a whine. Now it’s time for confusion to cover my face. ‘Werewolves aren’t real Emma, you haven’t slept. You’re imagining things’ “Hello Mr.Morningstar, I’m Emma Hopwood I’m here for our interview today.” I say smiling, he hasn’t taken his eyes off me “You’re hired” The twin standing behind him blurts out “Wait? Huh what? I’m sorry I’m confused. Can I maybe come in and we speak?” I ask politely
