Chapter 5 - White Flame and Black Fire

    One of the great warriors that Tantus has known, once on the right side, but unfortunately fallen to evil, he could have been great beside the kingdoms, but he was even greater beside the lord of darkness.

    He started out as a simple soldier from the Kingdom of Arfank, but because of his intelligence and wisdom, in addition to strength and skill, above average for his age, he quickly became a captain, and after some time made personal friends with the great king, Andros Ravelion, ending up becoming the royal advisor. He also received the powerful ancestral sword, Starluz, which had passed from generation to generation at the hands of the king's advisers, his name was Kraven Licaon. For his impressive early wisdom on various subjects of great interest to the kingdom, he was noticed by the great master Tantaluz Primadril, who saw in him the potential even to become his successor and to command the three towers. Tantaluz trained him in the elemental domain, and Kraven revealed himself to be an accomplished domineer and born sorcerer, coupled with his incredible sword skills, he was promised to be an outstanding warrior in every way, and one of the greatest of his time. Together, teacher and student were known as “White Flame and Glowing Fire”. He returned to Meira with the profound admiration of his master, and really had a kind and honest heart, worthy of being on the side of royalty. In the discord of the power he was present in several battles, but out of great appreciation the king did not allow him to get involved directly in the combat, although he was going to become a terror to his enemies, Andros considered him too much to let him take risks, then Kraven went on to study Zeijadel's strategies, in order to stop him and thus be more useful to the army, he came to know the greatest summoner until then, Severus Hofstar, the great, an honorable man of Zelante with nothing less that nine summons (only to be overcome a long time later, by Iris Maxlyeben), in fact this was a prodigy, since he had only a basic knowledge of the ancient language, had no access to records from the Library of Magic and received none help. Severus became the warrior most feared by the enemies in the war, showing the terrible power of the elemental representatives, killing dragons, but unfortunately it was short lived, as he was already very old, he died only a winter and a half after the beginning of the discord of the power, although his aid has been essential. It is known that Severus revealed to Kraven the location of one of the sacred temples, that of his continent, as he descended from a family that knew the ancient language, although it made no difference since he was not a summoner, but the lord of darkness was defeated and imprisoned, and the war ended.

    In fact, glowing fire was one of the few who was sure of the return of the great enemy, and continued to study his arts to prepare for his total defeat when he returned. Only three winters have passed and he was forced to take a step forward, or backward, getting involved with the f*******n arts, his intentions were pure, but his hopes were naive. Most likely it was these studies that began to cloud his mind, awakening the evil that was not in his heart before, Zeijadel felt Kraven's strength, like a lord connected to the essence of the world, and started to guide him even indirectly towards the side of the shadows, until the day when the glowing fire created deep admiration for the objectives and cunning of the lord of darkness, then Zeijadel rose in the young man's consciousness, a highly prohibited act among the lords, as they understood that no one had the right to interfere in free will, but the lord of darkness ignored that prohibition, so he tame him like a dog, and enjoying a privileged divine training, Kraven totaled fourteen elements very fast. Among many things he learned too much, thanks to the black will, but there was still a lack of planar life...

    Totally submissive to his new master, Kraven became his new right-hand man and was tasked with causing the disunity of the new and powerful guardians, learning the black magic of manipulation. He managed to provoke a terrible battle that almost decimated the Talarr continent, transforming it into the Flame Archipelago, but the spell was still incomplete. But a winter later, already with some successions, Kraven, guided by the lord of darkness, traveled and found almost all the guardians again, completely manipulating them and ordering them to kill anyone with the mystical mark, to prevent summoners from acquiring the summons, which could prove to be a problem for their master, and one of them was the main one chosen, Arturo Lekard, the green guardian of Meira. Only Lieben's guardian was not found by Kraven to complete the spell, but this made no difference, as he ended up unexpectedly losing his life, which proved convenient for the new disciple of darkness.

    Returning from his trip in Saitar, near the colony of the wolves, he coincidentally found a small lobime that had the mystical mark on his neck, was Rakasha, who had lost his parents in the war. His first thought was to kill her, but he had the astute idea of preventing even more any obstacle that was already being plotted against Zeijadel, so he decided to take over her guardianship and raised her, although it has largely filled the void in the child's heart, Kraven did not nurture no love for her at all, using her simply as a tool for her plans, so he took her to Zelante, where he knew the location of the temple, in the Sacred Forest, and there, thanks to the presence of the summoner and owner of her trust, he effectively found the temple and made the lobime child acquire Galzon, the summon of the air, carrying any plan down against the lord of darkness... But before leaving the forest he left Rakasha waiting, and by intuition he was taken to the northeastern border of the place, there he found a simple hut that was inhabited by a couple, after secretly checking he discovered that both had the mystical mark, summoners. Kraven revealed himself and attacked, the man bravely faced him, but he was no match for the great power of the man who called himself a black sorcerer, the woman, on seeing her husband being murdered, ran in desperation to save her daughter, who also carried the mark mystical, just two winters old, a beautiful girl with golden hair and green eyes, her mother hid her under a basket, and fought the enemy by destroying half the house, but ended up dead. Kraven, who had not seen the girl, almost discovered her, but ended up leaving the place. The poor child wandered through the forest for two days until she was found by the old tartar, Sorsha, who raised her. Knowing the ancient language of the lords, she called her Airisu, which translated into the common language meant: Iris.

    Kraven continued to remain hidden, now with Zeijadel's sympathy, and only nine winters later did he have the order to win the trust of armies of goblins and other servants of darkness, who multiplied like flies hidden in the mountains, waiting. He traveled to the Triplets Mountains, in the northwest of the continent, where he fought, making extraordinary use of his powerful sword, a terrible battle against goblin troops, and murdered hundreds of them, until he proved his strength and convinced them that they both had a master in common. Now with the leadership, glowing fire led his new allies to a treacherous attack on the Kingdom of Arfank, which resisted, but fell, but thanks to the speedy help of Tantus and Scyra, Meira survived, and in the future it rose stronger. Kraven came to be called a “cheater”, but on the same day that Andros discovered that his so-called adviser was responsible for everything, Tantaluz arrived on the continent, after ceaselessly beginning to watch over his pupil after the destruction of the continent of Talarr through Isil's crystals, reluctant to believe that was true, he finally found himself face to face with Kraven in the Liry Harbor, the battle between teacher and student was much more than spectacular, perhaps the respect that glowing fire had for the great master prevented him from using all his strength, but without a doubt it was Tantaluz's affection for his disciple that prevented him from ending his life after winning the fight, he knew he should kill him there but he was not able. The great master allowed Kraven to flee, with the heart of a father who protects a son...

    Kraven traveled to Tantus with his new army and got hold of the Pandemonius, with great opportunism, but not before ordering the m******e of the peaceful village of Esgaion, thanks to the advice of two goblins, Razinak and Razirouk, who were very cowardly brothers, but like all their peers, they liked to murder.

    In the future Kraven was responsible for unparalleled and terrible feats, from the death of his former master to the execution of the fearsome “Meteor”. It was he who hired the services of the Jin clan's mercenary shinobis, always keeping his identity a secret, knowing their financial problem and taking advantage of it, offering a very high sum, half before and half after the work was done (as was customary in negotiations of this type), for the skilled warriors assassinate princess Adria and queen Litos, of Lieben, since Zeijadel predicted major problems that could arise from that continent, aiming to avoid this destroying, or at least weakening, the leadership of the kingdom. They were successful in the princess's death, but the queen survived thanks to an obscure unforeseen event during the mission... Incredibly, the cheater actually intended to pay them, or he would have beautiful problems with them, but with only half a mission completed he managed to exempt himself from the remaining debt without major concerns. Following his master's instructions to the letter, and due to his own talent, he provided great obstacles to his opponents, achieving immense advantages, an example of this was “The Unexpected Battle of Vamyar”, which, in a way, was a stroke of luck, but thanks to the arrogance of underestimating his enemies for having the tide in his favor, a unique chance to destroy all hopes was wasted, and the price to pay in the future was high. And it was exactly by letting go of chances that in an epic battle he found his executioner, the ice shinobi, Thorgele Tharon, who was actually Lieben's lost prince, Seth Alberich, his first fight was spectacular and ended in a draw, but the second, even more spectacular, just before Zeijadel's release, and with Thorgele already revealed as the great king of Lieben, the cheater found his end. Another unknown fact was the strange power he saw manifesting, days before the fourth battle of Mérit, near Pandemonius, it was the non-elemental black power of John Alberich, probably he informed Zeijadel, but with both extremely focused on the straight end of the war no action was taken, plans were probably made, but fortunately never executed. He also thought a lot about the escape of Rakasha, but ended up considering it impossible for the enemies to recover the summon of the air, and even with the return of the silver guardian it would not matter, although arrogance spoke loudly in his ego, it was not possible to deny that his commitments to Zeijadel were well executed, he just did not count on certain aid that his opponents could receive... No doubt he entered history, even negatively, and Tantaluz called him to himself, after his disappointment, "Black Fire".
