Pinpricks of stars adorned the dome of the night sky. The moon was not in sight, but echoes of the moonlight bounced and reflected over the calm, stagnant water of the lake. The air was fresh, the wind playful and light. Leaves rustled and a few sailed down to float on the surface of the lake, creating tiny ripples. I imagined how the place would look like once the park was complete. People would have ice-creams on the benches during summer, read books under the shade of the trees, and have fun picnics. A few daring teenagers might break the rules and go swimming in the lake hours after it's closed. And then when winter arrives, people would go ice skating with their loved ones on the frozen lake. Families would build snowmen together and maybe even have a snowball fight. The imagination
