IT JUST WOULDN'T STOP.
Kara's POV.
Don't get me wrong. It's not like I've got some issue with aunt Dorothy before now. I just didn't expect that my dad would ask her to come over. I'm sure he must have put a call across to her sometime last night. I'm not against his decision.
The way I see it, he was doing it for my sake. But then again, if we're to be honest, it wouldn't have taken him anything to ask for my consent before asking her to come over. Nonetheless, she had arrived, and there was nothing I could do about it even though I felt like I needed some time to myself first to process the loss of my mother.
