I've been tolerant as much as I could manage. I've bent some of my rules, rearranged my plans, and put a pause on a couple of things just because of Aria. But seeing her trying to run from me today pulled out the actual beast in me.
Unfortunately, when the beast is out, it takes a lot to satiate it and Aria would pay the price for that. She’s mine. The more she keeps trying to run, the more I'm convinced she's yet to understand that I own her, all of her.
And as such, she should want nothing but me. We pulled up in front of the house. The journey back home was done in absolute silence. I was raging while she shrunk very close to the car door, moving away from me.
As Angelo pulled the car over, Aria was the first to get down and she headed straight to the house. Melody
