~Monroe~ Dixon drove like a bat out of hell, fielding phone calls left and right. We are in crisis mode right now, and I need to get to Jaylene. He shouldn't have known where to find her, but now he has her cornered. There's already a commotion when we pull up to Jaylene's apartment complex. Men from my team are fighting men he had stationed outside the building. I guess he figured she would be stopped if she managed to get away. The fact that he has to use force to deal with her is laughable at best and brings up a lot of questions for me. I step out of the car, leaving Dixon to handle everything else. “Boss?” I turn to look into the car. “They will follow you up. There are men outside the door to her place.” I nod and turn away. If I'm a betting man, I'm sure that he has men inside
