Alfie's POV
I watched Lottie stomp her feet in the rearview mirror and felt inexplicably pleased.
"That girl is interesting. It's been a long time since I've seen you so relaxed, Alfie," my wolf Liam said, sensing my change in mood.
"She is indeed more interesting than I imagined," I replied.
In fact, I haven't seen Lottie many times. I often see her twin sister, Winnie, instead. They look exactly alike, but I can easily tell them apart because Winnie's eyes are full of ambition and resentment, while Lottie's eyes are very pure. That kind of purity is something I can never have but crave for.
