19 Tristan I couldn’t believe how easy my plan had been to set into motion. It couldn’t have gone any smoother with Ty if I had scripted our conversation myself. “One down, one to go,” I said aloud as I tossed my orange Nerf basketball into the hoop hanging on the back of my bedroom door. It swooshed through the net––as I had known it would. Ty had been the easy one to convince, though. He was already madly in love with Lexi. It would take some finesse to sway Lexi into agreeing to my plan.
